Clinical Study On Erjiao Yangxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Sjogren’s Syndrome With Blood Damage

Ojective:This topic through the observation of erjiao Yangxue recipe in the treatment of patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome blood system damage,analysis of blood cell count,serum immunoglobulin Ig G,liver and kidney function,as well as patients with dry mouth and eyes and other symptoms before and after treatment,to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:from May 2020 to December 2020,40 patients in the Department of Rheumatology and immunology,Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,Xinjiang Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 20)and control group(n = 20).The experimental group was treated with erjiao Yangxue decoction combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets,and the control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets alone.The treatment course was 12 weeks.Before treatment and after 12 weeks of treatment,patients in the two groups filled in disease activity score,TCM syndrome score,laboratory test of serum immunoglobulin Ig G,before treatment and after 4 weeks,8weeks and 12 weeks of treatment filled in clinical signs score,patient symptom self-assessment,laboratory test of whole blood cell analysis,liver and kidney function,clinical efficacy and safety evaluation.Result:1.There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05);2.There was no significant difference in serum immunoglobulin Ig G before and after treatment(P > 0.05).The two groups could not effectively improve the index of serum immunoglobulin Ig G.3.Before and after treatment,the scores of clinical signs,symptoms,disease activity and TCM Syndromes of the two groups decreased(P < 0.05),and the decrease of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group(P < 0.05).4.The comparison of blood cells before and after treatment increased(P < 0.05),and the increase in the experimental group was more obvious(P < 0.05).5.Before and after treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was 82.4%,and that in the control group was 52.9%.The effect of the experimental group was better than that in the control group.6.There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Erjiao Yangxue decoction combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets in the treatment of primary Sjogren’s syndrome blood damage can significantly reduce the clinical sign score,symptom self-assessment,disease activity score,TCM syndrome score,significantly increase blood cells,and there is no significant difference in the improvement of serum immunoglobulin Ig G compared with western medicine alone,and there is no adverse reaction during the test,The indexes of liver and kidney function were in the normal range,which provided a certain basis for clinical treatment.
