Cervical cancer is the fourth leading cause of death among female cancers worldwide. It has been proved that human papillomavirus(HPV)infection is the main cause of cervical cancer. At the same time, premature delivery, multiple delivery, sexual partner infection with HPV,immune dysfunction and other related to the occurrence of cervical cancer.Persistent infection of high-risk HPV types, especially HPV16 and 18,may lead to cervical cancer. The study found that the distribution of HPV subtypes was different in different regions.Through the study, the infection situation of HPV subtypes in Jingzhou area and the distribution of HPV subtypes in different levels of cervical lesions were clarified. It can guide the screening and prevention of cervical cancer in Jingzhou, and provide theoretical support for the research and promotion of HPV vaccine. Objective: By studying the HPV results,TCT results and cervical disease test results of patients in Jingzhou First People’s Hospital and other hospitals in Jingzhou area from 2018 to 2019.To clarify the characteristics of HPV subtype infection in Jingzhou area.It is helpful for the prevention and treatment of cervical lesions in this area.It provides the basis for the development, inoculation and promotion of HPV vaccine in this region, and guides the clinical screening and treatment of cervical lesions in this region. Methods:To collecte the HPV results,TCT results and cervical disease test results of patients in Jingzhou First People’s Hospital and other hospitals in Jingzhou area from2018 to 2019.The collected HPV results were analyzed to clarify the distribution characteristics of HPV subtypes in Jingzhou area.A total of 16,039 HPV screening results were collected, ranging in age from 15 to 85 years.A total of 15,420 cervical liquid-based cytology results were collected, including 14,087 results for NILM and1,333 results for ASC-US.A total of 2420 cervical histological examination results were collected, including 1641 cases of chronic cervicitis,341 cases of CINI grade,54 cases of CINII grade,273 cases of CINIII grade, and 111 cases of cervical cancer. The collected cases were analyzed to clarify the distribution of HPV and its relationship with cervical lesions in Jingzhou area.SPSS 25.0 was used to perform chi-square test.P<0.05 indicates a statistically significant differenceResults: 1.The top 5 types of HR-HPV infection rate in Jingzhou were 16 52 5851 18,and the top 5 types of HR-HPV infection rate in cervical cancer were 16 18 58 5351.2.There were differences in the distribution of HPV subtypes in different degrees of cervical lesions.P<0.05.3.The infection rates of HPV and HR-HPV were correlated with age,and the infection rates were firstly gradually decreased and then gradually increased with the increase of age.The infection rate was highest among > 55 years old(48.82%),followed by ≤25 years old(38.16%).The infection rate was the lowest in the age group of 26-35 years old(32.01%)and 36-45 years old(30.44%)P < 0.05.There was no significant correlation between low risk HPV infection rate and age P>0.05.4.With the aggravation of cervical lesions, the infection rates of HPV and HR-HPV increased gradually P < 0.05,there was no significant correlation between low-risk HPV infection rate and cervical lesions P>0.05.5.The rate of HPV single infection increased gradually with the aggravation of cervical lesions P <0.05.There was no significant correlation between HPV multiple infection rate and cervical lesions P>0.05.6.HPV infection rate in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in cervical adenocarcinoma,P < 0.05.There was no difference between HPV16 and HPV18 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma,P>0.05.Conclusion: 1.The top 5 HR-HPV infection rates in Jingzhou were 16,52,58,51 and 18 types,respectively.Nine-valent cervical cancer vaccine is recommended in Jingzhou area.2.The top 5 types of HR-HPV infection rate in cervical cancer were 16,18,58,53,51.There are differences in the distribution of HPV subtypes in different levels of cervical lesions. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the patients infected with HPV16,18 and 58 in clinical practice.3.The infection rates of HPV and HR-HPV were correlated with age. With the increase of age,the infection first gradually decreased and then gradually increased, presenting a double peak.4.HPV and HR-HPV infection are closely related to the occurrence of cervical cancer.5.The single infection rate of HPV increased gradually with the increase of the degree of cervical lesions, and the multiple infection rate of HPV had no obvious correlation with the degree of cervical lesions.6.The infection rate of HPV in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in cervical adenocarcinoma, and there was no difference between the distribution of HPV16 and HPV18 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma.
