Research On Public Health Service Management Under The Background Of The "Internet+"

Under the background of the "Internet+"action plan by the state,establish the management of public health service as the research object.Explore using Internet information technology to promote the solution of public health service in treatment,drugs purchase and payment problems under the background of"Internet+,in China.To improve the quality and management level of public health service in China.This paper investigates and researches the problems of public health service in medical institutions of Binhai New Area in Tianjin.Get the problems of poor medical experience,inconvenient purchase of drugs and high cost of payment by questionnaire investigation.Learn from the new ideas of "Internet+"and experience of successful foreign cases by using case analysis and comparative analysis basing on analysising the root cause.And offer a proposal in treatment,drug purchase and payment according to the new public management theory and the new public service theory to lay the foundation for improving the level of public health service.This paper offers a proposal of "Internet +" based on the perspective of government public service managers:firstly,giving full play to the role of the policy in regulating and guiding,promoting the establishment of new medical service order,and innovating a new mode of medical service supply;secondly,deepening the application of internet information technology,focusing on strengthening the application of cloud computing、large data and other information technologies to lay the foundation for efficient operation of the system;thirdly,improving the information infrastructure gradually,promoting the establishment of medical information sharing platform to promote the flow of medical data through strengthening the top-level design;fourthly,establishing a multi-party cooperation model of medical service by transforming government functions and linking up information,and reshaping the multi-point operation process of medical service to promote the formation of new mode of medical service operation.
