With the advent of 5th-Generation,science and technology have developed rapidly and been closely linked with people’s lives,including virtual reality.Virtual reality technology is used in various fields such as military,medicine,film and entertainment.In the medicine field,the application direction of virtual reality mainly includes the treatment of mental illness,telemedicine,simulated surgery,virtual rehabilitation and so on.Traditional rehabilitation training has various limitations,high cost and low rehabilitation efficiency,but virtual reality technology can solve these problems well.Virtual reality rehabilitation games generally achieve rehabilitation effects through software development and hardware devices such as VR glasses and help-walk vehicles.This paper firstly carries out a series of observation and research on the rehabilitation training of patients,and designs a game to adapt to the physical condition of patients according to the analysis of patients’ needs,and introduces the realization process of the game in detail.The gameplay is the core of the rehabilitation game.Patients can greatly improve the efficiency of rehabilitation by operating the game characters with the help of a vehicle.This system uses the Unity game engine to complete the design of the game content,uses the Visual Studio editor and C# language programming,uses the walking car for the game control,the game process will collect data and complete the data transmission through HTTP communication.In the medical field,virtual reality technology is introduced to provide patients with a new kind of rehabilitation training in a game-like way.Patients’ every move will be fed back into the game in real time,and they will stimulate the content of the game,which can greatly improve the efficiency of rehabilitation and bring new development to the medical field.
