Clinical Observation Of Shengyang Lishui Tongluo Decoction Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Yang Deficiency Sputum Silt Preventing Channel

Objectives To explore the effect of Shengyang Lishui Tongluo Recipe in treating chronic heart failure(Yang deficiency sputum silt preventing channel).Methods Collecting Tangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital in September 2018-January 2021 Yang deficiency sputum silt preventing channel of chronic heart failure in 80,using the method of stochastic indicator is divided into experimental group,the control group,the control group of conventional western medicine:Digoxin Tablets,Furosemide,spironolactone,Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets,Metoprolol tartrate Tablets,Valsartan Capsules,treatment for 8 weeks,patients on the basis of these with Shengyang Lishui Tongluo Decoction,a dose of morning and evening after meals,treatment for 8 weeks.The main outcome indicators were: TCM syndrome score,cardiac function,left ventricular ejection fraction,left atrial meridian,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)changes and Minnesota score.Data were recorded,and SPSS23.0 was used for intra-group comparison and inter-group comparison before and after treatment to reach a conclusion.The electrolyte,liver function,renal function and blood routine changes before and after treatment were also observed and recorded.Using SPSS23.0 to draw a conclusion.Results 1 Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in gender,age,course of disease,TCM syndrome score,heart function,left ventricular ejection fraction,left atrial diameter,BNP value and Minnesota score between the two groups(P > 0.05).2 After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups decreased,with statistical significance(P < 0.01).The reduction of TCM syndrome scores in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.01);The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was94.87%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 76.92%,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3 Cardiac function in both groups improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The effective rate in the experimental group was89.74%.The effective rate of control group was 74.36%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the improvement of cardiac function in experimental group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4 After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was increased in both groups,with statistical significance(P < 0.01),The improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.01).5 After treatment,the left atrial diameter(LA)in both groups decreased,The experimental group had significant statistical significance(P < 0.01),There was statistical significance in the control group(P < 0.05),The reduction of left atrial diameter in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).6 After treatment,the BNP value in both groups decreased,and the comparison was statistically significant(P < 0.01),The BNP value in the experimental group decreased more than that in the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P <0.01).7 After treatment,the Minnesota scores of both groups decreased,with statistical significance(P < 0.01),The decrease of Minnesota scores in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.01).8 There were no significant changes in electrolyte,liver and renal function and blood routine in the experimental group after treatment,and there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusions 1 Shengyang Lishui Tongluo Decoction combined with western medicine can reduce TCM syndrome score and Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Questionnar score and improve the symptoms of patients with heart failure.2 Shengyang Lishui Tongluo Decoction combined with western medicine can improve patients’ cardiac function grading.3 Shengyang Lishui Tongluo Decoction combined with western medicine can increase the value of LVEF and reduce the value of LA.4 Shengyang Lishui Tongluo Decoction combined with western medicine can reduceBNP value.Figure0;Table11;Reference 85...
