Objectives To investigate the effect of low dose aspirin on pregnant women and perinatal infants with preeclampsia. In order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of maternal complications, reduce the incidence of perinatal poor prognosis. Methods Pregnant women who met the admission criteria from October 2019 to October2020 were selected,100 pregnant women with 12 ~ and 13 weeks in the obstetric outpatient department, oral LDA,as the observation group, and 60 exceptions, preeclampsia history of unoral drugs,as the control group.Blood pressure, liver function, renal function coagulation, gestational week, delivery mode, placental abruption,HELLP syndrome, eclampsia, postpartum bleeding, etc.,perinatal premature birth, growth restriction,stillbirth,S/D value, neonatal weight and Apgar score were collected. The collected data is processed statistically using the SPSS 23.0 statistical software package. The normal distribution measurement data is represented by the "mean ± standard difference",using the t test. The count data is represented by examples(%)using group comparison.P <0.05 is statistically significant for the differences. Results 1 Compared between the observation group(A group)and the control group(B group),there were no statistical differences in blood pressure, urinary protein, liver and kidney function at 12 weeks of pregnancy(P> 0.05).2 The prenatal blood pressure, blood coagulation function, urine protein condition, neonatal body weight,Apgar score, and S/D values were all better than those in group B.3 The ates of preeclampsia, eclampsia, cesarean section, placental abruption, prepartum bleeding, premature delivery,FGR were19%,0,45%,1%,6%,13%,7%,significantly lower than 33.3%,5.0%,63.3%,8.3%,13%,13%,28.3%,21.7% in the control groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).4 The incidence of HELLP syndrome, eclampsia, and postpartum bleeding were significantly higher than in the A group, but the examples were too small and had no statistical significance(P> 0.05).The difference between platelet antibodies and stillbirth in the two pregnant women had no statistical significance(P> 0.05).5 The difference between coagulation function and liver and kidney function intervention is significant(P <0.05).Conclusions Low dose aspirin can improve the coagulation function in pregnant women, reducing the reincidence of preeclampsia, reducing the cesarean section rate, and extending the gestational week of delivery.Lack of big data study on the impact of low dose of aspirin on HELLP syndrome, eclampsia, and postpartum bleeding in pregnant women with a history of preeclampsia.Low dose aspirin did not have no effect on the improvement of platelet antibodies and stillbirth in pregnant women with a history of preeclampsia.Figure 0;Table 16;Reference 272...
