Background:Cardiac arrest(CA)is a general description of the sudden arrest or suspension of the pumping system of the heart caused by various causes, they are one of the most urgent clinical dangers at present,if we had not deal with it in time,in most cases, secondary spontaneous respiratory arrest occurs quickly, and it can quickly cause irreversible damage and even death to all tissues and organs of the body, especially the brain, even lead to death.Cardiac arrest features include sudden onset, rapid change, unpreparedness, high rate of death and disability, and poor therapeutic effect. The cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CRP)is mainly used to rescue the patients of cardiac respiratory arrest,it is the core technology to promote the recovery of autonomic heartbeat and respiration and the recovery of blood supply to the brain.Timely, effective and high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)can ensure the patient’s basic blood circulation and essential blood oxygen supply for life activities,to promote the recovery of patients’ voluntary heartbeat and respiratory function as soon as possible, and it can effectively provide blood supply to the brain,to provide the basis for the follow-up treatment of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,it plays a decisive role in improving patients’ survival rate, prognosis and quality of life. But,even medical experts and life science masters all over the world have poured a lot of energy, labor and financial resources into it,we still have not improved the low success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the poor overall prognosis of patients after successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation.By reviewing a large number of literature related to CPR,in many previous studies, for these patients, people generally pay more attention to hemodynamic indicators such as the patient’s heart rate, blood pressure and central arterial pressure.Through long-term clinical work in the emergency department, the author found in patients after cardiac respiratory arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, changes in coagulation function and dysfunction of fibrinolytic system in the body. The adverse consequences of this further increase the difficulty of CPR.Literature search results show that there are few studies on coagulation fibrinolysis disorder in patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the results are inconsistent. It is important to clarify the coagulation function of these patients for the establishment of cardiopulmonary resuscitation standards and to improve the rescue effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Objective:To identify the changes in the coagulation status of patients with cardiac and respiratory arrest and receive timely and effective CPR treatment,so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the prognosis of patients after CPR.Methods:We choose a total of 34 hospitalized patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from 2019 to 2021 were selected as the observation group. The same number of 34 healthy individuals who passed the physical examination in the health management center of our hospital were used as the control group. The observation group completed thromboelastography examination and routine coagulation function examination within 3 hours after cardiac arrest. The control group underwent thromboelastography and routine coagulation function test. Results:The results of thromboelastography and routine coagulation indexes of the two groups were as follows,R value was positively correlated with PT and APTT,K value was negatively correlated with FBG and PLT,Angle was positively correlated with FBG and PLT,MA was positively correlated with FBG and PLT.The PT,FBG,PLT,R,K and MA of observation group were different from those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),However,there was no statistically significant difference in APTT between the two groups. In patients with cardiac arrest after cardiopulmonary resuscitation due to different diseases, thrombosis elastograms(R,K,Angle,MA)and conventional coagulation function indexes(PT,APTT,FBG,PLT)indicated that patients were in hypercoagulable state and relatively insufficiency of fibrinolytic function after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, but when different diseases are compared to each other, the P values of the corresponding indexes were all greater than 0.05,showing no statistically significant difference. Conclusion:Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)patients suffer from rapid dysfunction of the coagulation and fibrinolysis system after cardiac arrest,it shows hypercoagulability of blood and insufficiency of fibrinolytic activity. There was no significant difference in coagulation fibrinolysis between the two groups.
