Evaluation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Jianpi Huatan Decoction In The Treatment Of Children With Acute Bronchitis(Cough With Accumulation Of Phlegm And Dampness In The Lung)

Objective: Using Jianpi Huatan Decoction to treat children with acute bronchitis(phlegm dampness accumulation lung type cough),to evaluate its clinical effect and discuss its formulation,so as to provide reference for the clinical application of Jianpi Huatan Decoction.Methods: This topic to collect 80 cases up to the standard of Chinese and western medicine into acute bronchitis(phlegmy wet aggregates type lung cough)children,each40 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group was given the Jianpi Huatan Decoction treatment,treatment with an Juhong Tanke Granules in the control group,observe and record the changes in the symptom scores of the two groups of children before treatment and 5 days after treatment,statistical analysis and evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results:1.Comparison within the group after treatment: The symptom scores and total scores of the treatment group and control group decreased significantly after treatment compared with before treatment,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.2.Comparison between groups after treatment: After treatment,the symptom scores and total scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.3.Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups after treatment: the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 94.74%,14 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective;the control group had a total effective rate of 89.19%,6 cases were cured,and 9 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective.After treatment,the comprehensive efficacy comparison between the two groups: P<0.05,which was statistically significant,this indicates that the effect of invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm prescription is better than Juhong Tanke Granules.Conclusion:1.The Jianpi Huatan Decoction has significant clinical effect in treating children with acute bronchitis(phlegm-dampness accumulating lung type cough).2.The Jianpi Huatan Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of cough,sputum,lung auscultation,chest tightness,lethargy,fatigue,limb fatigue and loose stool in children.3.No adverse reactions were found in this study,and the Jianpi Huatan Decoction for strengthening spleen and huating phlegm has good safety and clinical promotion value.
