Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy With Cervical Curvature Abnormity By Fixed Point Rotation And Reduction Combined With Radian Traction

Objective: to treat root cervical spondylosis with abnormal cervical curvature by fixed rotation reduction and Radian traction,and to observe the VSA score,cervical curvature value and symptom and sign score before and after treatment.Methods: 74 patients with abnormal cervical vertebrae CSR were treated in Henan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in March ～ December 2020.Computerized randomization program was divided into treatment group and control group,In the treatment group,37 patients received rotation reduction combined with radian traction,Once a spinal rotation,Every two days,Three times a week,continuous treatment for 4 weeks.A total of 12 courses of treatment.Radian traction therapy,1 d,1/20 min,For six consecutive days,Four weeks treatment 24 times as a course of treatment;Control group,37 cases,With the same radian traction apparatus as the treatment group,Treatment,Time and other parameters are the same.Basic data(gender,Age and course)were recorded before treatment,Symptom and signs scores in treatment and control groups,Cervical curvature(Borden method)and VAS score were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)According to the above-mentioned 74 cases of CSR patients with abnormal cervical curvature included in the standard,following the research program,there was no discomfort reaction such as dizziness and panic during the study period,no patients fell off,stopped and eliminated,and all the data were entered completely.(2)Tgender,age and course of disease were comparable between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).(3)The results showed that the scores of symptoms and signs,cervical vertebrae curvature(Borden method)and VASwere better than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group of fixed-point rotation reduction combined with radi signs score and cervical vertebrae curvature value(P<0.05),and improved cervical vertebrae curvature value.(4)To compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.89 for the patients with abnormal cervical curvature treated with fixed rotation reduction and Radian traction CSR,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.68%.The treatment group used fixed rotation reduction combined with Radian traction(P<0.05).Conclusion: Both the treatment group and the control group used Radian traction alone to treat cervical curvature abnormality CSR had clinical effect,but the treatment group had outstanding effect and improved cervical curvature abnormality.It is worth clinical reference and further expand the influence.
