Observation On The Efficacy Of Jianpi Xiaoji Tongqiao Recipe In The Treatment Of Chronic Rhinosinusitis(Spleen Deficiency Type)in Children

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Xiaoji To ngqiao Decoction in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis(spleen deficiency and accumulation type)in children and its effect on the quality of life of children.Methods:A total of 70 children with chronic rhinosinusitis who met the inclusion criteria in this study were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 35 cases in each group.For patients with chronic tonsillitis,adenoid hypertrophy and surgical indications,tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy should be performed first.The control group was treated with negative pressure replacement,oral ambroxol hydrochloride oral liquid and mometasone furoate nasal spray.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Xiaoji Tongqiao Formula Granules.Observed before and after treatment in two groups of patients with TCM syndrome integral,symptoms and signs integral,nasal sinus outcome measurement 20(SNOT-20)and other indicators of difference,after statistical analysis concluded.Results:1.The main symptoms and signs such as nasal congestion,nose and nasal mucosa in the two groups were relieved after treatment,and the remission in the treatment group was more obvious(P < 0.01).2.Two groups after treatment limb weakness,less abdominal distension,stool abnormalities and other TCM syndromes than before improved,and the treatment group compared with the control group improved more significantly(P < 0.01);3.Comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group than the control group,the treatment group effective rate was 90.6 %,the control group effective rate was 69.7 %,P < 0.05.4.After treatment,the quality of life of the two groups was improved,and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious(P < 0.01).5.The recurrence rate was 13.8 % in the treatment groupand 39.1 % in the control group,with significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Jianpi Xiaoji Tongqiao Decoction can significantly improve the children with chronic rhinosinusitis in patients with limb w eakness,less abdominal distension,stool abnormalities and other TCM syndromes;2.Significantly alleviate the main symptoms and signs such as nasal congestion,nasal discharge and turbinate enlargement in children with chronic rhinosinusitis,with significant comprehensive curative effect;3.It can effectively reduce the recurrence of chronic rhinosinusitis in children and improve the quality of life of children with chronic rhinosinusitis.
