Purpose:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Tongqiao combined with nasal glucocorticoids in patients with eosinophilic CRSw NP with spleen deficiency after endoscopy. To provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of eosinophilic CRSw NP with spleen deficiency type after endoscopic surgery by Yiqi Tongqiao method combined with nasal glucocorticoid.Materials and Methods:According to the principle of simple randomized control and parallel experiment,60 patients with eosinophilic CRSw NP with spleen deficiency type were divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with FESS,the control group was treated with nasal glucocorticoids after operation, and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Tongqiao method on the basis of the control group.(Oral traditional Chinese medicine decoction, prescription composition:Codonopsis tablets 30 g,bran fried Atractylodes 15 g,Zhigancao 15 g,Angelica 15 g,dried tangerine peel 10 g,Cimicifuga 10 g,Fangfeng 10 g,Beibui Hu 15 g,Jujube 10 g,Astragalus12g,Platycodon 10 g,Asarum 3g,Xanthium 10 g.)1 month,The symptoms of nasal congestion, purulent rhinorrhea, head and face pain, decreased sense of smell, and the improvement of sinus mucosa, peripheral blood eosinophils as a percentage of total white blood cells, and recurrence of nasal polyps at 6 months after operation were recorded in 60 patients before operation and 3 months after operation. The related scales of the two groups were compared, and the overall efficacy of the two groups at 6 months after the operation was compared, and the above data were statistically analyzed.Objectively evaluate the effect of Yiqi Tongqiao method combined with nasal glucocorticoids on the rehabilitation of eosinophilic CRSw NP with weak spleen after endoscopic sinus surgery.Result:1.Baseline data comparison: The two groups of patients were statistically analyzed in terms of gender, age, and course of disease, and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.VAS total symptom scores of the two groups of patients:3 months after operation, the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.SNOT-20 scores of the two groups of patients:3 months after the operation, the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Lund-Kennedy scores of the two groups of patients: 3 months after the operation, the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Lund-Mackay scores of the two groups of patients:3 months after operation, the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Peripheral blood eosinophils in the two groups of patients accounted for the percentage of total white blood cells: 3 months after operation in the two groups were decreased compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.The recurrence rate of nasal polyps in the two groups of patients:6 months after operation, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 3.33%(1/30),which was lower than that of the control group by 10%(3/30),and the difference was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).8.Comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups: Six months after the operation, the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and the effective rate of the control group was 90%,and the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the treatment. In conclusion:Yiqi Tongqiao method combined with nasal glucocorticoid can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of eosinophilic CRSw NP with weak spleen after endoscopy, such as purulent nasal discharge, nasal congestion, headache, nasal mucosa edema, polyps, etc. This indicates that the method of nourishing qi and piercing the orifices combined with nasal glucocorticoids has clinical application value in the treatment of eosinophilic CRSw NP with spleen deficiency after endoscopic surgery. |
