| ObjectiveAcne Valguris（AV）refers to chronic inflammatory skin diseases of the hair follicle in the sebaceous glands.Due to multiple factors,the incidence is high and it is easily prone to recurrent episodes.As a result,there are different levels of social and psychological problems that seriously affect people’s quality of life.Beauty care is usually an important auxiliary method for the treatment of acne,which has the advantages of quick onset and fewer side effects.The differentiation of the six classics is based on Zhang Zhongjing’s analysis of the six classics in Suwen·Relun in Eastern Han Dynasty.A syndrome differentiation method for exogenous diseases summarized according to the characteristics of syndromes and the law of transmission of exogenous diseases.The clinical manifestations of the six meridian syndromes are based on the pathological basis of meridian and visceral diseases.Therefore,the six meridian syndrome differentiation can also be used for the differentiation of internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases.Acupuncture combine with beauty care treatment are often used in the medical field.So far,there have been no reports on the combination of the two methods of treatment,nor has there been any research on the method of syndrome differentiation of the Six Classics of Chinese Medicine.The purpose of this study is to provide a more detailed assessment of the comprehensive treatment and prognosis of acupuncture,beauty care and external application by comparing the efficacy of three different external treatments for acne treatment,skin lesions and the course of disease and the six classics syndrome differentiation rules Clinical treatment plan and data support.At the same time,by exploring and extending the application scope of the six classics syndromes in acne,it will lay a clinical foundation for internal and external treatment and further improve on the efficacy of acne treatment.MethodsThis research is a collection of 180 case studies of patients who volunteer and sign the consent form which from DOUX VISAGE clinic in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia dated from December 2017 to January 2020.The groups have been divided into three categories as below:（1）Grouping（1）Collect 180 medical records in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine and Western medicine;（2）All patients were divided into 3 groups according to the number table（see Appendix1）,namely treatment group:acupuncture plus skin therapy;control group 1:skin therapy;control group 2:acupuncture.There are 60 cases in each group,and at the same time,each group of cases is classified according to the Six Differentiation Six Meridian.Successfully completed the study of 180 medical records.（2）Treatment methods and observation indicatorsTreatment group:Acupuncture treatment based on the Six Differentiation Six Meridian and skin therapy at the same time;the control group 1:skin therapy;the control group 2:acupuncture treatment based on the Six Differentiation Six Meridian.Skin therapy is a combination of skin care products（including Chinese medicine ingredients）and low-level laser technology.All groups were treated once a week for 8 consecutive weeks.Fill in the acne score sheet and Acne-Qol（Acne-Qol）[3]before treatment,fill again in 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,score the clinical efficacy.（3）Statistical analysisThe data was statistically analyzed using STATA 20.0 software package,and P<0.05indicated statistical significance.Results1.The distribution pattern of acne patients in the six meridian syndromes（six single syndrome types）:Yangming Syndrome is the most common type of syndrome with total 46patients,accounting for 25.56%,followed by Taiyang Syndrome（43cases,23.89%）.Shaoyang Syndrome（32 cases,17.77%）,Jue Yin Syndrome（24cases,13.33%）,Shao Yin Syndrome（21 cases,11.67%）.The number of patients with Tai Yin Syndrome is the lowest,with only 14 patients,accounting for 7.78%.Among the 180 patients,Sanyang Syndrome（Sun Syndrome,Yangming Syndrome,and Shaoyang Syndrome）was the most common,with 121 cases in total,accounting for 67.22%.2.Comparison of the rate of skin lesion regression in the three groups:the treatment group had a more effective rate of 100.00%,and the total effective rate was 100.00%;the control group had a more effective rate of 8.33%,and the total effective rate was 91.67%;81.67%.The acupuncture+beauty care routine group was better than the simple beauty care routine group and acupuncture group.There was a significant difference in clinical efficacy between the three groups of patients after treatment（P=0.001,P<0.05）.3.The comparison of the Pillbury classification of acne after treatment in the three groups of patients（Table 10）shows that after 2 months of treatment,the curative effect results show that the treatment group is better than the control group 1 and the control group 2（P<0.05）.It is clearly pointed out that the clinical treatment of acne needs to be integrated treatment.The comparison of the effects of the three groups also showed that the number of moderate to severe patients before treatment was the largest,accounting for 45%（81/180）.After two months of treatment,the number dropped from 81 to 11,and the condition improved to mild,with a total of 125 cases.Accounted for 71.11%（125/180）,and the number of patients with severe acne dropped from 28 cases before treatment to 2 cases,and patients with moderate acne dropped from 71 cases to 42 cases.It is proved that acupuncture treatment based on the differentiation of the six channels combined with low-level laser and skin care after care has an excellent effect on direct skin treatment on the local area,which is better than simple treatment.The comprehensive treatment has a significant effect,and patients with moderate to severe acne can obtain satisfactory therapeutic effects in a short period of time after comprehensive treatment.4.Three groups of case-specific quality of life survey scores:the treatment group scores were higher than the control group 1 and the control group 2;the control group 1 was higher than the control group 2,the differences were statistically significant（P=0.000,P<0.05）.It is suggested that acupuncture based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs of the six channels can more effectively regulate yin and yang,and has the effect of calming the nerves.The conventional beauty care method can directly treat local acne,achieve anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,moisturizing and repairing skin barrier effects,and treat both symptoms and root causes with significant curative effect.5.Comparison of the improvement of the six meridian syndromes after treatment in the three groups of cases:Except for too few samples of Shaoyin Syndrome,which are not included in the statistics,the other five meridians（Sun Syndrome,Yangming Syndrome,Shaoyang Syndrome,Taiyin Syndrome,Jueyin Syndrome）In comparison,the treatment group was better than the control group 1 and control group 2（P<0.05）;there was no difference between the control group 1 and the control group 2（P>0.05）.It shows that the acupuncture method based on the differentiation of the six channels combined with the conventional methods of beauty can effectively treat the six channels of acne,and the curative effect is better than that of the simple acupuncture method based on the differentiation of the six channels and the conventional beauty care.6.Comparison of the efficacy of Sanyin Syndrome and Sanyang Syndrome in three groups after external treatment:（1）The total effective rate of the treatment group,that is,acupuncture group+beauty routine is 100.00%and 100.00%,respectively;the acupuncture group is better than Sanyin Meridian The total effective rate of Sanyang meridian is 90.47,76.92%respectively;the conventional beauty group has a better effect than Sanyin Syndrome,with total effective rates of 92.11%and 90.91%,respectively.（2）Comparison of clinical efficacy after treatment of three groups of Sanyin disease shows that there is a very significant difference in clinical efficacy comparison（X2=34.045,P=0.000,P<0.05）.After a pairwise comparison,the treatment group was better than the control group 1 and the control group 2（P<0.05）,while the control group 1 and the control group 2 had no difference in efficacy（P<0.05）.（3）The clinical efficacy comparison of the three groups of Sanyang Syndrome after treatment showed that there was a very significant difference in clinical efficacy comparison（X2=74.617,P=0.000,P<0.05）.After a pairwise comparison,the efficacy of the acupuncture+beauty care routine group was better than that of the beauty care routine group and acupuncture group（P<0.05）,while the beauty care routine group and the acupuncture group had no difference（P>0.05）.7.The comparison of the skin lesion scores of the three groups of patients before and after treatment showed that the differences of the skin lesion scores of the three groups of patients before and after treatment（paired t-test）were statistically significant（P<0.05）,indicating that the three clinical treatments are effective.After SNK-q test,the difference in skin lesion scores of the three groups after treatment was statistically significant（P=0.000,P<0.05）.The results show that the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group 1and the control group 2（P<0.05）,while the control group 1 is better than the control group2（P<0.05）,which shows that acupuncture and beauty care based on the six channels differentiation method can be more effective in improving Clinical efficacy.8.Comparison of the rates of regression of skin lesions in the three groups of patients after1 month and 2 months of treatment:（1）"Local skin lesions"After one month of treatment,the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.301,P>0.05）,after two months of treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P=0.000,P<0.05）.The effect of local skin lesions in the treatment group was better than There was no difference between control group 1 and control group 2 between control group 1 and control group 2.It shows that the cause of acne is complicated and recurrent.The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with acupuncture based on internal and external treatment combined with beauty care is better than simple treatment.（2）"Number of lesions"After one month of treatment,the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.138,P>0.05）.After 2 months of treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P>0.000,P<0.05）,and the treatment group was better than Control group 1 and control group 2,control group 2 is better than control group 1.It shows that acupuncture based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs of the six channels can effectively treat acne three-yin disease and three-yang disease,with excellent clinical curative effect.（3）There was no significant difference after one month of treatment of"prone sites"（P>0.802,P>0.05）.After two months of treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P=0.000,P<0.05）.In control group 1 and control group 2,there was no difference between control group 1 and control group 2.It shows that acupuncture based on the differentiation of the six channels and beauty care can effectively treat acne three-yin disease and three-yang disease,and the clinical effect is excellent.（4）After one month of"facial pigmentation",the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.450,P>0.05）.After 2 months of treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P=0.000,P<0.05）.In control group 1 and control group 2,control group 1 was better than control group 2.It shows that the low-level laser has a significant effect on the treatment of skin lesions and its repair and whitening.（5）The difference in color of local skin lesions after one month of treatment was not statistically significant（P=0.362,P>0.05）.After 2 months of treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P=0.000,P<0.05）,there was no different between treatment group and control group 1,results signifivantly compare to group 1 and group 2.Means results of treatment group and control group 1 better were better than the control group 2.It shows that simple beauty treatment,blackhead removal and pus suppository combined with weak laser repair and whitening effects,combined with the use of four skin care products after the treatment can also effectively treat local skin lesions.（6）After one month and two months of"local skin texture",the difference was statistically significant（P=0.000,P<0.05）.The treatment group was better than the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the control group 1 and the control group 2 No difference.（7）"Are there any tenderness in the area"statistics can not be measured.Conclusion1.Acne treatment can be achieve a better clinical effects by using Acupuncture combined with beauty care routines based on the syndrome differentiation six meridians,the clinical efficacy can be improve far more than a simple treatment plan.It can effectively improve the local skin acne lesions,the number of acne lesions,the prevalent location,skin pigmentation and discoloration,skin tone,texture of the skin and other indicators.The results indicate that acupuncture+beauty care routine group can treat acne more effectively.2.The Three-yang Meridians Syndrome are the most common in Syndrome of Six Channels types of acne.Results of Three-yin Meridians Syndrome by using Acupuncture treatment is better compare to beauty care,but the curative effect of Sanyang Meridians Syndrome is reversed.3.Acupuncture combined with conventional beauty care treatment methods can effectively treat severe inflamed acne skin condition,it can also treat and improve the acne problems caused by emotional factors. |
