Study On The Law Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Common Spleen And Stomach Diseases Based On Dampness By Professor Mao Dexi

Objective: Through collecting and organizing professor Mao Dexi’s medical records of diagnosis and treatment of common spleen and stomach diseases caused by dampness in the consulting room of Henan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)(the second affiliated hospital of Henan university of TCM),applying "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer System(TCMICS V3.0)",using data mining technology,to analyze the frequency of medication and the associated drug combinations systematically,and to find the law of medication.This study aims to analyze and summarize professor Mao Dexi’s law of syndrome and treatment of common spleen and stomach diseases caused by dampness,so as to provide a new idea for the clinical selection of drugs for the treatment of common spleen and stomach diseases from dampness.Methods: Through the outpatient clinic,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the outpatient medical records of professor Mao Dexi in the treatment of Gastralgia,Distention and Fullness,Enterorrhea from January 2017 to January 2020 were collected.The database was established by Excel 2007 software,and the medical records were entered by the software of "TCMICS V3.0".Then the four syndromes of liver depression and spleen deficiency,damp-heat obstruction,cold-dampness obstruction spleen and yang deficiency and overabundance dampness were analyzed respectively,and the four properties,five flavors,the division of the meridians of the five zang-organs,efficacy and frequency of medication were counted.The association rule was used to analyze the combination of common drug pairs,and the clustering number was set on the basis of k-means clustering algorithm.The corresponding core combinations and the new prescriptions were dug out.Results: There were a total of 424 medical records with 600 prescriptions.600 prescriptions were mined and analyzed by using "TCMICS V3.0",and the following results were obtained.1.Medical records involved 245 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The main properties of the drugs used were warm,followed by flat and cold,and the taste was mainly sweet,pungent and bitter,and the division of the meridians of the five zang-organs were mainly spleen,stomach and lung meridians,and most of the efficacies were tonifying deficiency,resolving dampness,eliminating food,regulating qi and so on.2.21 medicines with high frequency were extracted from the medical records(frequency ≥ 100).According to the frequency,they were fructus amomi,herba pogostemonis,eupatorium fortune,glycyrrhiza uralensis,fructus evodiae,coptidis rhizoma,hordei fructus germinatus,poria,pinelliae rhizoma,setariae fructus germinatus,magnoliae officmalisflos,citrus aurantium l.var.amara engl.,codonopsis radix,citrusmedica L.var.sarcodactylis(noot.)swingle,atractylodes macrocephala koidz.,rhizoma dioscoreae,oryzae fructus germinatus,bran-processed atractylodes macrocephala rhizoma,citrus reticulata,myristica fragrans,paeoniae radix alba.Most of these drugs were resolving dampness,eliminating food,tonifying deficiency,regulating qi and so on.3.Commonly used combinations of drug pairs: 1)a total of 276 prescriptions of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome were included in the group,involving 191 traditional Chinese medicines,the number of support degree and the confidence degree were set as 100 and 0.9 respectively,there were 5 drugs: herba pogostemonis,eupatorium fortune,fructus amomi,hordei fructus germinatus,setariae fructus germinatus,2)damp-heat obstruction syndrome was included in 191 prescriptions,involving 179 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.In the case of 95 degrees of support and 0.9 confidence,there were 5 drugs: herba pogostemonis,eupatorium fortune,fructus amomi,fructus evodiae,coptidis rhizoma,3)72prescriptions of cold-dampness obstruction spleen syndrome were included in the group,involving 135 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the number of support degree and the confidence degree were set as 22 and 0.9 respectively,there were 5drugs: herba pogostemonis,eupatorium fortune,fructus amomi,glycyrrhiza uralensis,codonopsis radix,4)yang deficiency and overabundance dampness syndrome were included in 61 prescriptions,involving 128 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.Under the condition of support number of 30 and confidence of 0.9,there were 6drugs: psoraleae fructus,myristica fragrans,schisandrae chinensis fructus,fructus evodiae,glycyrrhiza uralensis,codonopsis radix.Combined with professor Mao Dexi’s clinical experience,5 commonly used drug pairs were obtained: herba pogostemonis,eupatorium fortune,fructus amomi,hordei fructus germinatus,setariae fructus germinatus,coptidis rhizoma,fructus evodiae,glycyrrhiza uralens,codonopsis radix,psoraleae fructus,myristica fragrans,schisandrae chinensis fructus,fructus evodiae.4.New prescription: 1)6 new prescriptions were unearthed for liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome: herba pogostemonis,fructus amomi,eupatorium fortune,hordei fructus germinatus,setariae fructus germinatus,magnoliae officmalisflos,citrus aurantium l.var.amara engl.,oryzae fructus germinatus,glycyrrhiza uralensis,fructus amomi,herba pogostemonis,bupleuri radix,eupatorium fortune,pinelliae rhizoma,paeoniae radix alba,citrus reticulata,herba pogostemonis,fructus amomi,pinelliae rhizoma,eupatorium fortune,poria,fructus evodiae,armeniacae semen amarum,glycyrrhiza uralensis,fructus amomi,herba pogostemonis,eupatorium fortune,galli gigerii endothelium corneum,rhizoma dioscoreae,glycyrrhiza uralensis,hordei fructus germinatus,bran-processed atractylodes macrocephala rhizoma,fructus amomi,eupatorium fortune,herba pogostemonis,rhizoma dioscoreae,citrus aurantium l.var.amara engl.,fructus evodiae,glycyrrhiza uralensis,hordei fructus germinatus,fructus amomi,herba pogostemonis,eupatorium fortune,poria,hordei fructus germinatus,perillae folium,coptidis rhizoma,fructus evodiae.2)6 new prescriptions were dug out for the syndrome of damp-heat obstruction syndrome: fructus amomi,pinelliae rhizoma,herba pogostemonis,glycyrrhiza uralensis,coptidis rhizoma,fructus evodiae,eupatorium fortune,poria,coptidis rhizoma,fructus evodiae,herba pogostemonis,fructus amomi,eupatorium fortune,codonopsis radix,glycyrrhiza uralensis,pinelliae rhizoma,eupatorium fortune,herba pogostemonis,fructus amomi,setariae fructus germinatus,oryzae fructus germinatus,fructus evodiae,coptidis rhizoma,oryzae fructus germinatus,eupatorium fortune,herba pogostemonis,fructus amomi,setariae fructus germinatus,hordei fructus germinatus,citrus aurantium l.var.amara engl.,magnoliae officmalisflos,oryzae fructus germinatus,eupatorium fortune,herba pogostemonis,fructus amomi,hordei fructus germinatus,setariae fructus germinatus,oryzae fructus germinatus,citrus reticulata,citri reticulatae pericarpium viride,pinelliae rhizoma,poria,coicis semen,magnoliae officmalis cortex,herba pogostemonis,coptidis rhizoma,glycyrrhiza uralensis,amomi fructus rotundus.3)The syndrome of cold-dampness obstruction spleen discovered 5 new prescriptions:codonopsis radix,poria,glycyrrhiza uralensis,citrus reticulata,fructus amomi,aucklandiae radix,herba pogostemonis,fructus amomi,eupatorium fortune,citrus aurantium l.var.amara engl.,hordei fructus germinatus,magnoliae officmalisflos;fructus amomi,astragalus propinquus,cmnamomi mmulus,eupatorium fortune,herba pogostemonis,paeoniae radix alba,angelica sinensis,astragalus propinquus,rhizoma dioscoreae,cmnamomi mmulus,codonopsis radix,glycyrrhiza uralensis,coptidis rhizoma,fructus evodiae,canavaliae semen,bran-processed atractylodes macrocephala rhizoma,codonopsis radix,glycyrrhiza uralensis.4)4 new prescriptions were found for yang deficiency and overabundance dampness syndrome:poria,glycyrrhiza uralensis,codonopsis radix,myristica fragrans,fructus evodiae,psoraleae fructus,bran-processed atractylodes macrocephala rhizoma,myristica fragrans,fructus evodiae,schisandrae chinensis fructus,psoraleae fructus,rhizoma dioscoreae,glycyrrhiza uralensis,rhizoma dioscoreae,fructus evodiae,herba pogostemonis,astragalus propinquus,zingiberis rhizoma recens,codonopsis radix,glycyrrhiza uralensis,psoraleae fructus,fructus amomi,phellodendri chinensis cortex,morindae officinalis radix.Conclusion: 1.Professor Mao Dexi usually used drugs of tonifying deficiency,resolving dampness,regulating qi,eliminating food,clearing heat,relieving exterior and warming interior in the treatment of common spleen and stomach diseases from dampness theory.2.The association rules were used to analyze the combination of common drug pairs,five high frequency drug pairs were obtained: herba pogostemonis,eupatorium fortune,fructus amomi,hordei fructus germinatus,setariae fructus germinatus,coptidis rhizoma,fructus evodiae,glycyrrhiza uralens,codonopsis radix,psoraleae fructus,myristica fragrans,schisandrae chinensis fructus,fructus evodiae.The new prescriptions obtained by clustering were added and subtracted on the basis of Chaihu Shugansan,Huopo Xialingtang,Xiangsha Liujunzitang and Sishenwan.3.Through drug analysis,it could be concluded that professor Mao Dexi’s treatment of common spleen and stomach diseases based on dampness mainly adopted the principles of soothing liver and regulating qi,invigorating spleen and removing dampness,resolving dampness with aromatics,heat-clearing and damp-drying,warming yang and resolving dampness.4.Professor Mao Dexi’s new prescriptions for the treatment of common spleen and stomach diseases from dampness were consistent with his clinical principles of traditional Chinese medicine,which had a certain clinical guiding significance for the treatment of common spleen and stomach diseases from dampness.5.Professor Mao Dexi’s experiences in treating common spleen and stomach diseases from dampness theory were analyzed and summarized by using inheritance calculation platform of traditional Chinese medicine,which is beneficial to the spread of clinical experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine.
