Object iveThrough the investigation and statistics of the characteristics of TCM constitution distribution of metabolic syndrome and normal pregnancy,understanding the pregnancy outcome of the two groups,analyzing the distribution of constitution types and the clinical characteristics of pregnancy outcomes,exploring the correlation between metabolic syndrome during pregnancy and TCM constitution,so as to provide reference and guidance for further clinical prevention and treatment.MethodsA total of 89 patients with metabolic syndrome during pregnancy who met the inclusion criteria and received obstetric examination in the outpatient department in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and delivered in our hospital from June 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group,98 normal pregnant women without metabolic abnormality were selected as the control group,then,the research team applied the unified TCM constitution questionnaire to conduct the TCM constitution questionnaire survey on the selected population,to collect clinical data and pregnancy outcomes,and by using logistic regression analysis,to explore the clinical features of GMS,and influential to GMS pathogenesis of TCM constitution type.Results1.Questionnaire recovery situation:In this study,a total of 200 copies of TCM Constitution Questionnaire were distributed,and 13 cases with incomplete,illogical or non-delivery data were excluded,with effective recovery of 93.5%,among them,89 cases were in the metabolic syndrome group(observation group),and 98 cases were in the control group without metabolic abnormalities such as hypertension,diabetes,obesity and hyperlipidemia.2.Comparison of general conditions before delivery between the two groups:there was no statistical significance between the observation group and the control group inter MS of gestational age,number of pregnancies and number of births(P>0.05);The serum uric acid level of pregnant women in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum albumin and pregnancy weight gain level were lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of pregnancy outcomes between the two groups:compared with the control group,there were statistically significant differences in delivery mode,gestational age,neonatal weight,premature delivery,premature rupture of membranes and postpartum blood loss in the observation group(P<0.05).4.Observation group of physical distribution of traditional Chinese medicine:phlegm-dampness constitution 28 cases(31.46%)>dampness-heat constitution 16 cases(17.98%)>balanced constitution 15 patients(16.85%)>yin-deficiency constitution 10 cases(11.24%)>qi stagnation constitution 7 cases(7.87%)>blood stasis constitution 6 cases(6.74%)>qi-deficiency constitution 4 cases(4.49%)>yang-deficiency constitution 2 cases(2.24%)>,inherited special constitution 1 case(1.12%).Control of traditional Chinese medicine physique proportion distribution:balanced constitution 46 cases(46.94%)>qi stagnation constitution 12 cases(13.31%)>dampness-heat constitution 10 cases(12.10%)>phlegm-dampness constitution 7 cases(7.14%)>yin-deficiency constitution 6 cases(6.12%)=blood stasis constitution 6 cases(6.12%)>qi-deficiency constitution 4 cases(4.08%)=yang-deficiency constitution 4 cases(4.08%)>inherited special constitution(3.06%).There were significant differences in the distribution of constitution types between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of glucose and lipid metabolism of common TCM constitutive types of metabolic syndrome in pregnancy:FBG of phlegm-dampness constitution was significantly higher than that of dampness-heat constitution,balanced constitution and yin-deficiency constitution(P<0.05),but the level of high-density lipoprotein was lower than that of dampness-heat constitution(P<0.05),and the level of total cholesterol was higher than that of balanced constitution(P<0.05).6.Stepwise regression analysis showed that phlegm-dampness constitution was a risk factor for the development of metabolic syndrome during pregnancy,EXP=12.000.7.The age of pregnant women in the observation group had no significant statistical difference in the distribution of TCM constitution(P>0.05).8.Statistical analysis of the 9 TCM constitution types and pregnancy outcomes in the observation group showed no statistical significance(P>0.05);The observation group was divided into phlegm-dampness constitution group and non-phlegm-dampness constitution group according to whether they had phlegm-dampness constitution group or not,and there was no statistically significant difference in pregnancy outcome between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion1.The metabolic syndrome during pregnancy is closely related to the TCM constitution type of pregnant women.Phlegm-dampness constitution is a dangerous constitution of metabolic syndrome during pregnancy,in among the health care work of pregnant women are available for TCM constitution identification,the biased constitution early recognition and positive regulating,giving full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine physique study,can prevent or reduce the occurrence of the metabolic syndrome during pregnancy,to improve and outcomes.2.Metabolic syndrome during pregnancy will increase the incidence of various adverse pregnancy outcomes during pregnancy,the reason has nothing to do with the type of TCM constitution of pregnant women,but may be related to the disease itself.3.We should pay close attention to the serum uric acid,serum albumin and weight gain during pregnancy in pregnant women with metabolic syndrome,which may have a suggestive effect on the occurrence of the disease. |
