Clinical Observation Of Shutiao Decoction In The Treatment Of Premenstrual Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Blood Stasis

Objective To systematically observe the clinical efficacy of Shutiao decoction in the treatment of menstrual syndrome of liver depression and blood stasis.Methods In this study,60 patients with various syndromes before and after menstruation(liver depression and blood stasis type)were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Both groups began to take medicine on the 19 th day of menstruation,and 10 days of treatment was a course of treatment.Observation group: oral Shutiao decoction was added or subtracted.Control group: oral Honghua Xiaoyao tablet(Chinese medicine: Z20080299).After two courses of treatment,the curative effects of the two groups of patients were observed and analyzed respectively.Using SPSS22.0 statistical software,the clinical data collected were statistically analyzed by rank sum test and t-test.Result1.After two courses of treatment,the disease effective rate was 97.06% in the observation group and 71.88% in the control group.According to the symptom score statistics,the disease symptom scores in the observation group and the control group decreased compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.After two courses of treatment,the disease score was 1.65±0.75 in the observation group and 3.23±1.15 in the control group.There was a very significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.In the observation group,the scores of breast pain,headache and abnormal emotion after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.01).3.According to the statistics of the comprehensive curative effect score of traditional Chinese medicine,the total effective rate of comprehensive treatment was100.00% in the observation group and 53.13% in the control group.There was a significant difference in the comprehensive curative effect score of traditional Chinese medicine between the two groups(P < 0.01).The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.4.There was significant difference in the curative effect between the observation group and the control group in the first menstrual cycle after two courses of treatment(P < 0.01).The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion1.Shutiao decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of liver depression and blood stasis before and after menstruation,among which breast pain,headache and abnormal emotion are the best.2.Shutiao decoction can improve acne acne,rib tingling,abdominal pain,menstrual volume and menstrual color symptoms of liver depression and blood stasis type,and the curative effect is better than that of Honghua Xiaoyao tablet.3.Shutiao decoction has less clinical adverse reactions in the treatment of menstrual syndrome of liver depression and blood stasis,which is worthy of further study and clinical application.
