ObjectiveIntroduce the attribute partial order structure diagram under the formal concept analysis, and combine with Professor Li Saimei’s academic philosophy in treating diabetes, explore the experience of Professor Li Saimei in the treatment of abnormal diabetic sweat according to the six channels, and further explain the six channels of syndrome differentiation and treatment of abnormal sweat in diabetes Theories and advantages. At the same time,it verifies the superiority of attribute partial ordering in mining TCM data characteristics.MethodsCollected 135 cases of Professor Li Saimei’s treatment of abnormal diabetic sweating, extract and standardize the integration of data, and establish the symptoms, main prescriptions, and traditional Chinese medicine form backgrounds of the whole sample. The main prescription includes a prescription(and a prescription ∪ a prescription,a prescription or a prescription).Fang)sample symptom form background, generate and analyze the corresponding partial order structure diagram, and obtain new knowledge discoveries from it.ResultsOn the whole, excavating the full sample symptom tree-shaped partial order structure diagram,it can be found that Professor Li Saimei diagnosed and treated diabetic patients with abnormal sweat secretion. The most common symptoms are hyperhidrosis, pulse string, greasy tongue coating, dry mouth, yellow coating, slippery pulse, etc.Suggesting that besides the common pathogenesis of phlegm,damp-heat and body injury, there are multiple factors such as deficiency of qi and blood, internal syndrome, deficiency syndrome, blood stasis, and cold and heat.Commonly used main recipes are Guizhi Decoction,Xiaochaihu Decoction,Kidney Siwei,Lizhong Decoction,Dried Turmeric Huangqin Huanglian Ginseng Decoction,Sini Powder,Liuwei Dihuang Pills,Sini Decoction,Pueraria Scutellaria Huanglian Decoction,Taohe Chengqi Decoction It can be seen that the main prescriptions and syndromes are scattered and alternating between the six meridians, and the combined prescriptions also reflect the characteristics of the disease involving all aspects of the human body, multiple organs, clinical syndromes of cold and heat, and both deficiency and reality. Therefore,Professor Li Saimei usually uses multi-channel combined prescriptions in clinical diagnosis and treatment, and the prescription is relatively large(mostly 15-17 flavors). The distribution of the main prescriptions also highlights Professor Li’s view of treating diabetes with "lowering blood sugar not far from cold",and pays attention to the stomach qi and spleen yang,so the dried turmeric, scutellaria, huanglian ginseng soup is reasonable and an important combination of Chinese soups. However, from the clustering of the main sample of the total sample,it is more common to use Guizhi Decoction. It can be seen that the abnormal sweat secretion of diabetes is the most common from the Sun Guizhi prescription.Excavating the partial order structure map of the whole sample of medicines,it can be found that the attribute characteristics are the most obvious. They are licorice, ginseng, epimedium, scutellaria, cassia twig, red peony, and beibupleurum. This is the composition of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction. The most common traditional Chinese medicine is {licorice},followed by {ginseng},which shows that Qi is the most basic medication strategy.Diabetes is obviously depleted from the perspective of righteousness.Excavating the partial order structure diagrams of the symptoms of 17 main prescriptions respectively to analyze the specific ideas of Professor Li Saimei’s use of the six meridians and the selection of prescriptions to treat abnormal sweat secretion in diabetes, which intuitively reflects the advantages and characteristics of the prescription-syndrome-symptom integration. It embodies the flexibility of adding and subtracting prescriptions, and the dynamic evolution of the six channels of differentiation.ConclusionIn this study,135 patients with abnormal diabetic sweat secretion were selected by Professor Li Saimei. The symptoms, main prescriptions, and Chinese medicines of the whole sample were selected, and the main prescriptions contained certain prescriptions(and certain prescriptions ∪certain prescriptions, certain prescriptions or certain prescriptions).Data mining is performed on the symptoms of similar samples, combined with Professor Li Saimei’s academic philosophy of diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, and Professor Li Saimei’s valuable experience in the treatment of abnormal sweat secretion in the six channels of the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes is analyzed. At the same time,it explained the unique superiority of the Six Meridian Syndrome Differentiation in the treatment of this disease. It also verifies the feasibility of the theory of partial order structure in studying the characteristics of different TCM objects and attributes, and presents TCM theories and experience more objectively and concretely.
