| Objective"Treatise on Febrile Diseases" is a classic of Chinese medicine wr itten by ZhangZhongjing in the Eastern Han Dynasty.It has a history o f more than 1800 years and has been regarded as a classic by later medical doctors and widely spread.To scientifically and effectively inh erit and develop the clinical experience of famous Chinese medicine is a major issue facing the development of modern Chinese medicine.Xiaoqinglong Tang is one of his famous prescriptions of "Treatise o n Febrile Diseases",one of the famous prescriptions used by clinical doctors.In order to study how different doctors use Xiaoqinglong Tang t o treat various common diseases in clinical practice,the research on the use of Xiaoqinglong Tang by modern medical doctors was studied.Regulari ty,through literature research and clinical practice summary,using scie ntific methods to analyze,explore therules of the treatment of Xiaoqinglong Tang and the compatibility of prescription drugs,combing the treatment mechanism and pathogenesis of TCM,providing the clinical application of Xiaoqinglong Tang A mode of thinking.MethodsThis study focused on modern medical literature research.Through the CNK1 database,medical record albums,and medical books,200 cases of Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Xiaoqinglong Decoction were published before June 2018.By the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,standardization of expression,the establishment of the total database XQLD valid medical records,in order for the database objects,based on knowledge discovery methods to large data attribute partial order structure,made in the form background,and handed over to Yanshan University Biomedical The research team of the Institute of Engineering,Professor Hong Wen,made the corresponding attribute partial order structure diagram.By constructing the attribute partial order structure diagram based on Xiaoqinglong Tang "sick",attribute partial order structure diagram based on Xiaoqinglong Tang"syndrome type",attribute partial order structure diagram based on Xiaoqinglong Tang "symptom" based on Xiaoqinglong Tang "tongue" The attribute partial order structure diagram of "symptom",the attribute partial order structure diagram based on Xiao Qinglong Tang "pulse",and the attribute partial order structure diagram of "medication" of Xiaoqinglong Tang,knowledge discovery of the law of Xiaoqinglong Tang.ResultsThe final study included 200 cases of this type has been effective medical records,respectively,of the disease to XQLD,card,tongue,pulse,disease,drug analysis.Observing the attribute partial order structure diagram,it is found that the asthma syndrome is the primary disease in most cases of Xiaoqinglongtang disease,and the symptoms often appear in Xiaoqinglong Decoction are cough,asthma,aversion to cold,difficulty in breathing,phlegm,chest tightness,poor appetite,Tired,cold and cold.Secondly,it was found that Xiaoqinglong Decoction treats a wide range of diseases,and is not limited to lung diseases.There are as many as 30 types of diseases involved in this study,including internal medicine and ENT,as well as external women and pediatrics.The tongue is light,the fur is white,the moss is white and slippery,and the pulse is mainly composed of slippery veins and floating veins.From the tongue and vein we can find that Xiaoqinglong Tang is more common in the form of evidence,cold syndrome and sipping.The dialectical syndrome of Xiaoqinglongtang is the most common in cold drink and cold and cold.In addition,Xiaoqinglong Tang was found to have other high-specificity tongues,such as,sinking mai,number mai,red tongue,yellow moss etc.This also indicates that the scope of Xiaoqinglong Tang is not limited to external cold drinking.The card can also be used for dialectical treatment of phlegm-heating syndrome and stagnation syndrome.ConelusionThis study attributes partially ordered structure showing the principle of preliminary mining law and collated modern physicians use Xiaoqinglong Tang,but also shows the property line diagrams can be found objects from the perspective of high-level frequency of occurrence;cluster analysis from the point of view Common objects can be found;from the overall analysis of the partial order structure diagram,the characteristics of each attribute can be clearly and intuitively seen... |
