Objective: To explore the influence of fat-free mass index, fat mass index and body mass index as to the cardiac function in patients with acute descending cardiac infarction after PCI.Methods: A total of 130 patients with acute anterior wall myocardial infarction who received emergency PCI in Liaoyang Central Hospital from January 2019 to December2019 were selected and divided into three groups according to their BMI level(18.5≤BMI<24.0 was normal body weight group,24.0≤BMI<28.0 was overweight group,BMI ≥ 28.0 was obese group).Age,gender, height, weight, blood pressure, diabetes mellitus and other general information were collected at the same time, others including laboratory indicators like BNP,TNImax,CKMBmax and so on,PCI surgery factors, such as the number of stents, stent diameter and other operation related information.FMI,FFMI index, other related indicators of character baseline and UCG(instant and 3 month review)were recorded.Furthermore statistics analyzing were approved with the subsequent datas. Results: There were statistically significant differences in age,BMI,FMI,FFMI,and LVEF immediately after discharge among the three groups(P=0.016,0.021,0.033,0.043),there was no statistical difference in other relevant data; However, there were greatly difference among the incidence of acute heart failure readmission rate, and LVEF at three month review.between the obese group and the overweight group and normal weight group(P = 0.032,0.026);Correlation analysis showed that BMI and FMI were positively correlated with LVEF 1 week after surgery(R = 0.202,0.403,P = 0.021,0.012),BMI and FMI were positively correlated with EF value at 3 months review(R =0.272,0.469,P = 0.025,0.000),FFMI had no correlation with EF value at 1 week after surgery and 3 months after discharge(R = 0.301,0.394,P = 0.161,0.232).Conclusions: The results suggested that obesity had significant predict value of cardiac function of acute descending cardiac infarction after PCI.The FMI was more closely relevant with preservation of LVEF,which hinted fat was the protection of prognosis in patients with acute descending cardiac infarction after PCI.
