Objective(1)To study the incidence rate and influencing factors of post-traumatic stress disorder among people with HIV / AIDS;(2)Through study the mental state of HIV/AIDS to provide the basic data and theoretical basis for the humanistic care and psychological support of AIDS in Liuzhou.Methods This study selected Liuzhou City,the more serious five urban areas as a research site,relying on Liuzhou City CDC voluntary counseling and consulting outpatient service,the HIV-care clinic in hospital as a platform to recruit survey objects,using a convenient sampling method;use self-made psychological questionnaire to collect the demographic characteristics of the study and the disease-related situation.PCL-L was used to evaluate the PTSD status of the study subjects.The laboratory samples were taken from the platform,and the CD4 lymphocyte count and the spouses of HIV testing by the central laboratory of Liuzhou CDC;use Epi Data 3.0 to establish a database and input data,using SPSS 16.0 for data collation and analysis.The data were analyzed by single factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis.The test level is α = 0.05.Results The results of this survey showed that 12.6% of the subjects were positive for PTSD.The social support scores of all subjects ranged from 5 to 61,with an average score of 31.83 ± 7.124.All subjects had a range of discrimination ranging from 40 to 150,with an average of 104.44 ± 14.482.Univariate analysis showed that PTSD positive group and PTSD negative group in the following differences were statistically significant: age,family location,marital status,occupation,infection pathways,whether the understanding of human HIV / AIDS,whether people with HIV / AIDS,HIV / AIDS awareness,whether or not with spouse / fixed sexual behavior,whether or not injected with drug / social support,total score of discrimination.Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that the social support and discrimination perception entered the regression equation,and the fitted equation was statistically significant(χ2 = 152.901,P <0.001).Social support is a protective factor for PTSD(OR=0.948),and self-esteem is a high risk factor for PTSD(OR=1.065).Conclusion(1)HIV / AIDS was the high risk group of PTSD.(2)In order to control the occurrence of PTSD,we should strengthen the psychological counseling of HIV / AIDS population,detect and interfere with their negative emotions,and create a good and inclusive social environment for them. |
