Objective: Cataracts have long been one of the leading causes of blindness and visual impairment, especially of senile cataracts.According to the data from the global Burden of Disease Survey in 2017,cataract disability-adjusted Life-years(DALYs)in Africa is larger than that in Asia and larger than that in Europe worldwide.Cataract prevalence increases rapidly with age,and the prevalence in female is higher than that in male. This time we will introduce the 3D MOOAI(Three-Dimensions Maximum Ocular Optical Angle of Incidence)from the perspective of UV exposure based on the differences in the eye frame structure of different races and genders, and use this geometric quantitative index to study the relationship between UV exposure intensity and 3D MOOAI of Caucasoid、 Mongoloid and Negroid peoples. Methods: Using Face Gen Modeller software can accurately express the 3D average face of facial anatomy in Caucasoid、 Mongoloid and Negroid peoples.Import the3 ds Max software for computing the 3D MOOAI of Caucasoid、 Mongoloid and Negroid peoples, then through 3D printing to build the Caucasoid、 Mongoloid and Negroid sexes facial model. The facial model was placed in a rotating ultraviolet radiation exposure model of the eye,In August 2018,the on-site UV monitoring was carried out in San ya,Hainan Province of China(18.42°N,109.77°E,8 meters above sea level),and the environment and the UVA and UVB radiation exposure intensities of the eyes at different time points were obtained. The Caucasoid、 Mongoloid and Negroid UVA and UVB radiation exposure intensities of the eyes are compared with the 3D MOOAI under different SEA and rotation angles.Analyze the relationship between the UV exposure intensity of the eyes of the Caucasoid、 Mongoloid and Negroid peoples and the 3D MOOAI.Results: 1.The environmental ultraviolet radiation exposure intensity changes with time and presents a single-peak distribution, and it increases with the increase of SEA.At 12:45 noon of the day and in SEA 88.05°,the environmental UVA and UVB exposure intensities both reach the peak; The daytime ultraviolet radiation exposure intensity of the Caucasoid,Mongoloid and Negroid facial models showed a single-peak change with the increase of SEA.The maximum exposure of UVA and UVB bands and the average exposure within a rotation angle of 120° to the sun are all in the order of :Negroid female> Mongoloid female> Negroid male > Mongoloid male > Caucasoid female> Caucasoid male.2.The 3D MOOAI of the Caucasoid,Mongoloid and Negroid three male and female facial models is in the order of:Negroid female> Mongoloid female> Negroid male > Mongoloid male > Caucasoid female> Caucasoid male.3.When SEA within 19.69 °-24.58 ° interval,Caucasoid male facial model‘s 3D MOOAI remains unchanged in the highest, while women is highest in SEA19.69 °-27.45 ° interval range remains the same, when the SEA within 27.6 °-51.36 ° interval, male facial model‘s 3D MOOAI increased along with the SEA slowly began to decline, while women is in SEA30.63 °-54.23 ° interval range, then the male facial model‘s 3D MOOAI,the rate of decline accelerated sharply from SEA52.78 ° until SEA62.97°3D MOOAI reached 0°,while for female, the rate of decline accelerated sharply from SEA55.48° until SEA75.29° reached 0°;When SEA within 19.69 °-27.6 ° interval,Mongoloid male facial model‘s 3D MOOAI remains unchanged in the highest, while female is highest in SEA17.99 °-32.53 ° interval range remains the same, when the SEA within 28.08 °-59.88 °interval, male facial model‘s 3D MOOAI increased along with the SEA slowly began to decline, while female is in SEA34.17 °-70.41 ° interval range, then the male facial model‘s 3D MOOAI,the rate of decline accelerated sharply from SEA62.97 ° until SEA77.68° 3D MOOAI reaches 0°,and from SEA73.25° for female, the rate of decline accelerates sharply until SEA86.39° reaches 0°;When SEA within 19.46 °-63.44 ° interval,Negroid male facial model‘s 3D MOOAI remains unchanged in the highest, while female is highest in SEA19.98 °-80.9 ° interval range remains the same, when the SEA within 66.53 °-74.12 ° interval, male facial model‘s 3D MOOAI increased along with the SEA slowly began to decline, while female is in SEA81.29 °84.85°range down to 71.027 ° and remains the same, then, the decline rate of 3D MOOAI in male facial models accelerated sharply from SEA77.21° until SEA84.28°3D MOOAI reached 0°,and that of female models decline accelerated sharply from SEA88°.4.With the increase of environmental intensity of ultraviolet radiation exposure, the Caucasoid and Mongoloid and Negroid three kinds of facial model between eye UVA,UVB wavelengths of ultraviolet radiation exposure strength increases with rising SEA first after decreases, and the model‘s 3D MOOAI almost remain the same, with the increase of the SEA first then slow down, until finally fell sharply 0 °,and the falling time and rate of each are not identical.5.There was a negative correlation between 3D MOOAI and SEA in the eyes of the facial models, and the correlation was in the order of most to least,Caucasoid male > Caucasoid female > Mongoloid male > Negroid male > Mongoloid female > Negroid female, and the correlation was statistically significant.6.There were significant differences in UV exposure intensity at UVA and UVB bands in 3D MOOAI in Caucasoid,Mongoloid and Negroid peoples, but there were no significant differences in SEA60°-90°,65°-90° and 3D MOOAI in UVA band between Negroid and Mongoloid peoples. The differences in ultraviolet radiation exposure intensity in UVA and UVB bands and the 3D MOOAI in race are all Negroid race >Mongoloid race > Caucasoid race, and the differences in gender are female > male.7.The three genders of the Caucasoid,Mongoloid and Negroid facial models have ultraviolet radiation exposure in the UVA band. The coefficients of SEA in the range of SEA0°-45° and 60°-90°account for more weight.Only the Caucasoid female is exceptional, where the coefficient of 3D MOOAI is more weighted in the range of SEA45°-60°.The ultraviolet radiation exposure intensity in the UVB band is in the range of SEA0°-50°and 65°-90°.The coefficient of SEA has a greater weight, except for male of Mongoloid race.In the range of SEA50°-65°,The coefficient of 3D MOOAI is more weighted. Conclusion: 1.The 3D MOOAI of the Caucasoid,Mongoloid and Negroid sexes facial model determines the intensity of UV radiation exposure in the eyes of the Caucasoid,Mongoloid and Negroid sexes facial model.2.In the facial models of Caucasoid,Mongoloid and Negroid peoples, when SEA45°-60° and 50°-65°,the effect of 3D MOOAI on UVA and UVB bands of UV radiation exposure is higher than that of SEA.3.When the facial models of Caucasoid,Mongoloid and Negroid peoples are in the other ranges of SEA,3D MOOAI has an effect on UVA and UVB bands of UV radiation exposure of the eyes.Although not as strong as SEA,it also supports 3D MOOAI.The shielding effect on the intensity of ultraviolet radiation exposure of the eyes.
