IntroductionUVR is one of important factors for cataract. Hie incidence of cataract in colored people is obviously higher than white people. Thus , risk evaluation of cataract induced by UVR is an urgent need.Exposure evaluation is an absolutely necessary precondition. Winthout exact exposure evaluation, getting objective dose - effect relationship is impossible. Individual exposure is regarded approaching the true than environmental dose and it can reflect personal diversity, but recent study on Individual exposure are all transect researches can reflect latest exposure state only. The visible error is inevitable if we take advantage of those results to estimate exposure dose for life. Therefore, it' s necessary to find a kind of recording method which can simulate UVR exposure of eye. Hirough a new recording method we constitute and verify the formulation for caculating individual UVR exposure dose for a life Combining with outdoor time.Objects and MethodsSpectral Sensitivity of Solar UV Sensor( made in Japan) was hung and rotating freely in the open space. It face vertical to the horizontal level nearly. Every half an hour we record the accumulated UVR dose of hanging sensor and environmental dose. Monitoring of Individual UVR exposure was done by attaching the sensors to clothes on left up-per arm of pupils. We also investigate the outdoor time of peasants in Zhang Wu county late.We got two formulations through curve fitting by using date of simulating monitoring from four seasons of a year. One is universal for a year and another is for Zhang Wu peasants. Both formulations were verified by using UVR exposure datum of pupil. Coefficients were fixed when the second formulation was applied on peasants.ResultsThe change current is different between environmental and simulating doses of every hour in a day. The change current of simulating dose isn't consistent with sun zenith angle.Effective time exposure ratio of four seasons are different each other. In winter it reach the highest and it reach the lowest when summer is coming.Universal formulation for a year is Y = - 173.27 +23. 5644X -0. 3373X2 and the formulation for peasant is Y = - 172. 88 + 23. 1980X -0.2623X2 . Two formulations are rational after verifying. After applying of second formulation we got some basic disciplines of peasant' s annual and life UVR exposure.DiscussionIndividual UVR exposure wasn' t solved preferable for a long time. In this study, a new monitoring method was used to simulate exposure state of human eyes. Combining with date from survey of outdoor time, we can calculate exposure dose of person eyes by using new formulation.The change current is different between environmental and simu-lating doses of every hour in a day. This result will exhibit important signification in future study in eyes UVR exposure.Effective time exposure ratio is a important coefficient in application of fonnulationl. Towards various groups, if the effective time exposure ratio is known firstly, we can calculate personal accumulating exposure of eyes for various age even a life exactly by Combining with survey date of life history without carrying a mass of individual UVR exposure monitoring.Applying is an absolutely necessary process to perfect qualifying method. Only in application, we can endow abstract math symbol with practical meaning, define and induct various coefficients which reflect the influence of actual factors well.The results after applying formulation on Zhang Wu peasant show high, low, high again and smooth decline current feature of average annual UVR exposure and outdoor time of every age (from 3 to 83 ). The decline of outdoor time behind about fifty years isn' t so obvious comparing with UVR exposure. The possible reason is enhance of prevention consciousness and the more of using cap and eyewear.This is a preliminary study.
