Objective Follow-up of patients with hypertension in 21 natural villages within the jurisdiction of Biandangou Town,Wuzhong City,to understand the control rate of hypertension in the area, explore and analyze the reasons for uncontrolled blood pressure,in order to improve the control rate of hypertension and reduce the complications of hypertension.Improve the quality of life of hypertensive patients. Methods Collected 1682 patients diagnosed with hypertension in the rural area of Biandangou Town,Wuzhong City from December 2019 to December 2020.After 12 months of standardized management, the blood pressure control rate of the patients before and after the intervention was compared, and the influence on the blood pressure control rate was discussed and analyzed The related factors and its correlation with the SF-12 scale. Results There were 1682 patients included in the management. After standardized management, the control rates of 6m and 12 m for hypertensive patients were 56.90%,64.59%and 67.62%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05);single factor Analysis shows that blood pressure control rate is related to age, illness time, eating habits,BMI,medication and physical exercise(p<0.05);multivariate logistic regression analysis shows that age ≥ 65 years old, illness time ≥ 5 years,BMI ≥ 24kg/m2 and a salty diet are risk factors that affect blood pressure control, while medication and physical exercise are protective factors for blood pressure control;the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events(0.37%)and mortality(0.47%)in the compliance group are less than There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of cardiovascular events(1.69%)and mortality(1.86%)in the substandard group(p<0.05).The quality of life evaluation indicated that the mean PCS of the standard group(41.58±8.884)was higher than the mean PCS of the non-standard group(40.92 ± 9.213),and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05);the mean MCS of the standard group(47.20±8.639)was higher The mean value of MCS in the substandard group was(46.78 ± 9.394),and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion1.After standardized management, the blood pressure control rate of hypertensive patients in this town has been increased to 67.62%,the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases has been reduced to 0.37%,and the mortality rate has been reduced to 0.47%;2.The quality of life of hypertensive patients(standard group and non-standard group)in Biandangou Town,Wuzhong City is poor. The influencing factors include disease course ≥5years,salty diet and lack of physical exercise.
