` IIObjective To analyze the application value of T2 mapping technology in the assessment of myocardial edema after acute myocarditis(AM)and acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Selected 44 patients with myocardial infarction,23 patients with acute myocarditis,and 31 healthy controls that met the enrollment criteria.3.0T cardiac magnetic resonance was used.The scanning sequence included Cine sequence,T2 WI sequence,LGE and T2 mapping sequence.The left ventricular function parameters and left ventricular myocardial strain were analyzed by CVI42 post-processing software,including GRS,GCS,GLSendo,GLSepi,and myocardial strain rate in the corresponding direction.Then measure the myocardial edema area and the T2 value in the myocardial edema region and the distant normal myocardial region in the case group,and perform independent sample t test and One-way ANOVA analysis.The edema myocardial T2 value and myocardial edema area are related to LVEF and LGE The correlation between strain and left ventricular myocardial strain was analyzed by Pearson.P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results LVEDV and LVESV of myocardial infarction group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05),LVSV,LVEF,CO were all lower than control group(P<0.05).The average T2 value of the edema myocardial area in the AM group was significantly higher than that of the normal myocardial area [(64.32±12.41)ms,(47.67±5.66)ms;(P < 0.05)];the average T2 of the edema myocardial area in the AMI group The value was significantly higher than that of the normal myocardial area [(63.17±8.01)ms,(47.71±3.90)ms;(P <0.05)].The T2 value and the area of myocardial edema in the AM group and the AMI group were negatively correlated with LVEF.The T2 value and the area of myocardial edema in the two groups were positively correlated with the volume of LGE and the percentage of LGE.The radial strains of the left ventricle in the AM group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and it was negatively correlated with the T2 value of the edema area and the area of the edema myocardium(P<0.05);the circumferential and longitudinal strains of the AMI group were reduced and negatively correlated with the T2 value of the edema myocardium correlation(P<0.05).Conclusions T2 mapping technology can quantitatively analyze the edematous myocardium during acute myocarditis and acute myocardial infarction.The T2 value of myocardial edema area is increased,but the range of myocardial edema can reflect the severity of the disease more than the T2 value.
