Effect Study Of Endovascular Treatment For Non-Thrombotic Iliac Vein Compression Syndrome

Objective:To explore the effect of operation on people with non-thrombotic iliac vein compression syndrome（NIVCS）by endovascular treatment.Methods:Prospective analysis the patients who were diagnosed by NIVCS by DSA and measuring lowerextremities venous pressure.And have varicose veins,edema,ulcer.And have surgical indications and successfully with iliac venous endovascular treatment combined great saphenous vein high ligation stripped from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University between August 2019 and September 2020.56 limbs were treated by simple line balloon expansion,8 limbs accept balloon expansion joint stent implantation.Measured and compared preoperative and postoperative 14 days and postoperative 6 months lower extremities static venous pressure（P₀）,minimum venous pressure after exercise(P_min),the time the venous pressure rise to 90%of P₀(RT₉₀).To evaluate the clinical symptoms improved by Venous clinical severity scale（VCSS）,varicose veins cure rate,edema response rate and the ulcer healing rate.We use the SPSS22.0 statistical software to analysis the statistic,with P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:We has collected 64 limbs.Preoperative and 14 days after operation and postoperative 6 months P₀,P_min,RT₉₀ difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The difference were compared in pairs between the three groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Preoperative VCSS scores were significantly lower compared with postoperative 6months,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Postoperative 6 months varicose veins cure rate was 100%（64/64）.Limb edema remission rate was 88.7%（55/62）.The ulcer healing rate was 81.8%（9/11）.Conclusion:The symptoms of patients with NIVCS who were treated by endovascular treatment combined great saphenous vein high ligation stripped significantly reduced.The lower extremities static venous pressure（P0）and minimum venous pressure after exercise（Pmin）were reduced effectively.The 90%of the venous refux time（RT90）was extended.Varicose veins cure rate,limb edema remission rate and the ulcer healing rate are both very satisfied.
