ObjectivesTo understand the current situation of overweight and obesity in children and adolescents in Yinchuan,Ningxia, and analyze the effects of different obesity indicators, hypersensitive Creactive protein and their interaction on cardiovascular risk, and then put forward targeted improvement and intervention suggestions, laying a foundation or providing clues for further research.MethodsUsing stratified cluster random sampling method,5759 children and adolescents were randomly selected from primary and secondary schools in Yinchuan city of Ningxia as the baseline research objects, and their physical measurements were carried out, including height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference and blood pressure;the baseline research objects were further recruited, and informed consent was signed. Finally,a total of 1098 children and adolescents were included for laboratory testing, and the indicators were tested Including:fasting blood glucose, insulin, high sensitivity C-reactive protein and total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.Results1、The overweight rate was 13.35%(17.12% for boys and 9.37% for girls)and the obesity rate was 9.36%(12.26% for boys and 6.29% for girls)among children and adolescents aged6~18 years old in Yinchuan city,Ningxia, with statistical significance(P < 0.01).The detection rate of overweight and obesity showed an obvious trend of younger age.2、The detection rate of high normal blood pressure was 12.03% and the detection rate of high blood pressure was 22.75% in children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 in Yinchuan,Ningxia. The detection rate of high normal blood pressure in boys was 13.20%,which was higher than that in girls by 10.80%;the detection rate of high normal blood pressure in boys was 23.87%,which was higher than that in girls by 21.56%.The detection rate of high blood pressure in children and adolescents showed a wave like upward trend before the age of 14,reaching the maximum value of 39.72% at the age of 14,and then showed a downward trend.3、In this study,it was found that BMI,WC,WHR and WHt R were positively correlated with hypertension, dyslipidemia and insulin resistance(P < 0.05).The correlation of CI,BAI,BRI and ABSI with high blood pressure, dyslipidemia and insulin resistance was different.BAI and BRI were positively correlated with high blood pressure, while CI and ABSI had no effect on high blood pressure.CI,BAI,BRI and ABSI were significantly correlated with dyslipidemia.CI was positively correlated with insulin resistance, but BAI,BRI and ABSI were not correlated with insulin resistance.4、Hs-CRP was positively correlated with dyslipidemia and insulin resistance.Compared with children with low hs-CRP value, the risk of high hs-CRP value increased by 1.33 times and1.28 times, respectively.BMI,WC,WHR and WHt R interact with hs-CRP.Obesity * high hsCRP can significantly increase the risk of high blood pressure, dyslipidemia and insulin resistance. The interaction between CI,BAI,BRI and ABSI and hs-CRP was different.Compared with the low value group of Q1*hs-CRP,the high value group of Q4*hs-CRP in BAI and BRI group had higher blood pressure and higher risk of dyslipidemia. The risk of insulin resistance in high CI positive*hs-CRP group was significantly higher than that in low CI negative*hs-CRP group.Conclusion1、The rate of overweight and obesity was 13.35% and 9.36% among children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 in Yinchuan,Ningxia, with boys being higher than girls. The prevalence of overweight and obesity showed a trend of younger age.2.BMI,WC,WHR and WHt R were positively correlated with the risk of hypertension, dyslipidemia and insulin resistance. The correlation between CI,BAI,BRI and ABSI and cardiovascular risk factors were different.BAI and BRI were positively correlated with the risk of high blood pressure, and CI,BAI,BRI and ABSI were significantly correlated with dyslipidemia.CI was positively correlated with insulin resistance.3、There was a positive correlation between hs-CRP and the risk of dyslipidemia and insulin resistance.Compared with children with low hs-CRP,the risk of high hs-CRP increased by 1.33 times and 1.28 times, respectively.BMI,WC,WHR and WHt R interact with hs-CRP.Obesity *high hs-CRP can significantly increase the risk of high blood pressure, dyslipidemia and insulin resistance.
