Objective To investigate the improvement of symptoms and serum gastric function of patients with dampness-heat accumulated type of chronic atrophic gastritis through this clinical observation and study,to ascertain the effect of Qinghuashire decoction to cured dampness-heat accumulated type of chronic atrophic gastritis,as well as the safety evaluation of Qinghuashire decoction. Methods According to the inclusion criteria to select 62 cases, from all of outpatients and inpatients that diagnosed with dampness-heat accumulated type of chronic atrophic gastritis in×××during January 2020 to December 2020.Divided them into two groups, given control group oral medication of Rabeprazole and Mosapride, and given observation group Qinghuashire decoction. After 8 weeks of treatment, evaluated improvement of syndrome score, main symptoms, serum gastric function, and judged safety of the treatment. To design the case observation table, establish the data table, and statistical software was used to input and analyze the collected data.Results1.Before treatment,in gender, age course of disease,H.pylori infection and pathological classification between the two groups, there were no statistically significant differences, which were comparable(P<0.05).2.The improvement of PGI,PGR,G-17 and depressive symptoms intra one group respectively was statistically significant(P<0.01);After treatment, the effect of the observation group was better than control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the statistic difference in improvement of PGI was especially significantly(P<0.01).3.After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%,and control group was 90.00%.The effect of the observation group was better, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qinghuashire Decoction is better than Rabeprazole with Mosapride in improving the serum gastric function and clinical symptoms of patients with dampness-heat accumulated type of chronic atrophic gastritis, and can effectively improve the condition of patients. |
