Objectives: To explore the correlation between the morphological and hemodynamic characteristics of intracranial aneurysms(IAs),and to establish a rupture risk prediction model based on morphological and hemodynamic characteristics. Methods: From July2018 to July 2020,a total of 60 patients diagnosed with intracranial aneurysms from Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital were selected after CTA examination, including 25 cases of ruptured aneurysms and 35 cases of unruptured aneurysms. The target area was divided by 3D Slicer, and the simulation of aneurysms established by Computational fluid dynamic analysis(CFD)software. And the clinical information of patients, morphological parameters such as the shape type of intracranial aneurysms’ location, diameter, width, height, transverse diameter, neck diameter, and hemodynamic parameters such as wall shear stress(WSS)and oscillatory shear index(OSI)was collected to research. Results: Multivariate linear regression showed that the surface area of the increasing oscillatory shear index linearly related to the diameter of the transverse diameter and neck diameter, and possibly correlate to the diameters of the parent artery.Comparing with the model with OSI,another model, including the same number of factors, without OSI,the former has a significantly better rupture risk prediction effect than the latter(mod_lasso2{MSE=0.15,RMSE=0.050,sensitivity=87.50%,specificity=82.14%},mod_lasso1{MSE=0.283,RMSE=0.069,sensitivity=77.77%,specificity=78.57%}).Conclusion: The introduction of hemodynamic parameters for intracranial aneurysm rupture risk prediction will make the prediction results better, that is,OSI is the decisive factor for aneurysm rupture.Through the comparison of the importance of model factors,The ratio of aneurysms’ surface area to neck area plays a role in affecting ruptured intracranial aneurysm.
