| To focus on coronary stent implantation, research and analysis of complications related to coronary stent implantation and prognosis of coronary stent implantation. Methods: Collect the data from January 2016 to December 2018,patients with angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction, outpatient and admitted to the hospital in the emergency medical department(chest pain center)of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University for coronary angiography and drug eluting stent(DES)implantation. The clinical data including general conditions, relevant medical history,pre-hospital and in-hospital treatment conditions, general conditions after discharge and medication use, etc.,and statistically analyzed around relevant observation indicators. Results: A total of 303 patients were completely followed up,including 245 males, accounting for 80.86%,and 58 female patients, accounting for 19.14%.The age ranged from 33 to 82 years, with an average age of 54.64 years old and a median age of 54 years old.Among the 303 patients followed up,238 were acute myocardial infarction, accounting for 78.55%;65 were angina, accounting for 21.45%.PCI target was single vessel included 289 patients with single vessel, accounting for 95.38%;PCI target included 14 patients with more than double vessels, accounting for 4.62%.A total of 402 drug-eluting stents were implanted in 303 patients, with an average of 1.33 per person. There were 280 patients who felt their symptoms were relieved after the operation and had no special discomfort, accounting for 92.41%.In this follow-up,27 patients had MACE events, accounting for 8.91%,10 patients with all-cause cardiovascular deaths, accounting for37.04% of patients with MACE events, accounting for 3.30% of all follow-up patients. There were 7 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, accounting for 2.31%.The analysis shows that the average age of onset of coronary heart disease in this region is younger than the average age of onset of coronary heart disease in our country. After coronary interventional therapy is implanted with DES,the incidence and age of MACE events, whether the regular medication is prescribed outside the hospital,LVEF before PCI,and implantation The number of DES and the preoperative cardiac function rating are strongly correlated, and the difference is statistically significant. In the regression analysis of the multivariate model, age, whether or not to follow the doctor’s regular medication outside the hospital, preoperative LVEF,and the number of implanted DES are all independent risk factors for MACE events, and the difference is statistically significant.Whether other factors such as hypertension, diabetes, smoking or not are high-risk factors after DES implantation still needs further investigation and conclusion. In terms of prognosis, during the follow-up period of at least 24 months, the overall symptom improvement rate of patients with coronary heart disease exceeded 92%,and good results were achieved.Conclusion:(1)The average age of onset of coronary heart disease in this region is lower than the national average age of onset of coronary heart disease.(2)The occurrence of MACE events after coronary intervention is related to the age of the patient, whether the medication is prescribed regularly outside the hospital, the preoperative LVEF,the number of stents implanted, and the preoperative cardiac function rating.(3)Age and preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction are risk factors for gastrointestinal bleeding after coronary intervention. |
