Objective: 1.To clarify the differences in Hcy and SUA levels between Mongolian and Han patients.2.To clarify the influence of Hcy and SUA on coronary heart disease and the correlation with the degree of coronary artery stenosis.3.To analyze the characteristics of the risk factors of coronary heart disease in the Mongolian and Han nationalities, and the ethnic differences between the Mongolian and the Han nationalities in the influence of Hcy and SUA on coronary heart disease. Methods: To collect 186 patients in the inpatient department from December 2019 to November 2020,who were suspected with coronary heart disease and made coronary angiography.According to the results of coronary angiography,124 cases of coronary heart disease group(69 cases of Han nationality and 55 cases of Mongolian nationality)were included, and 62 cases of non-coronary heart disease control group(34 cases of Han nationality and 28 cases of Mongolian nationality)were included.Record the general clinical data and the laboratory test indicators of all enrolled patients, including Hcy and SUA before surgery, and calculate Gensini scores on patients with coronary heart disease.Use SPSS24.0software for data analysis. Results: 1.Comparison of general data between Mongolian and Han: Mongolian patients’ alcohol consumption rate,Hcy,SUA,TC,TG,LDL-C levels are higher than those of Han patients, and HDL-C levels are lower than those of Han patients(P <0.05).2.Risk factors of CHD: After adjusting for confounding factors, the inclusion of binary logistic regression analysis showed that males(OR: 3.746,95%CI: 1.025~1.153),diabetes(OR: 3.516,95%CI:1.040~11.882),LDL-C(OR: 2.158,95%CI: 1.072~4.342),TC(OR: 1.629,95%CI:1.035~2.564),Hcy(OR: 1.232,95%CI: 1.095~1.386),age(OR: 1.087,95%CI: 1.025~1.153)are independent risk factors for CHD in Mongolian population;while diabetes(OR: 2.592,95%CI: 0.913~7.359),LDL-C(OR: 1.552,95%CI : 0.934~2.576),TG(OR: 1.526,95%CI:0.836~2.786),Hcy(OR: 1.125,95%CI: 1.023~1.237)are independent risk factors for CHD in the Han population.3.Hcy was positively correlated with Gensini score(r=0.359,P <0.01),and it was positively correlated both in Mongolian and Han CHD groups(r=0.611 and r=0.196).4.In the analysis of influencing factors of coronary stenosis, the ordered logistic regression model was included, and the results suggested that Mongolian(OR: 2.435,95% CI:1.231~4.819,P = 0.011),Hcy(OR: 1.042,95% CI:1.008~1.073,P=0.014)is an independent risk factor for the aggravation of coronary artery disease.5.The Gensini score of the Mongolian CHD group(38.36±26.04)was higher than that of the Han CHD group(26.057±20.25),P <0.05.Conclusion: 1.The Hcy and SUA levels of the Mongolian population are higher than those of the Han population.2.Hcy is an independent risk factor for CHD.The level of Hcy is positively correlated with the degree of coronary stenosis, and the impact of Hcy on the degree of coronary stenosis in Mongolian patients is greater than that of Han.SUA affects the occurrence of CHD,but is not an independent risk factor for CHD,and has no significant correlation with the degree of coronary stenosis.3.Independent risk factors for CHD in Mongolian population: male,diabetes,LDL-C,TC,Hcy,age;Independent risk factors for CHD in Han population: diabetes,LDL-C,TG,Hcy.4.Mongolian nationality is not an independent risk factor for CHD,but an independent risk factor for aggravation of coronary stenosis. The degree of coronary stenosis in Mongolian CHD patients is more serious than that in Han.
