| Objective By measuring the soft and hard tissues morphology of incisors with different vertical facial types of adult female patients with skeletal Class II division 1malocclusion,the data of alveolar bone plates and soft tissues morphology of incisors with different vertical facial types were obtained. Methods Selected patients in stomatological clinic of our hospital from May 2019 to December 2020.Experimental group: adult female patients with skeletal Class II division 1 were divided into three groups: high angle group(group A),mean angle group(group B)and low angle group(group C),20 cases in each group,60 cases in total, with an average age of 23.4.Control group: 10 adult female patients of skeletal Class Ⅰ,Angle Class II division 1 malocclusion, mean angle type, with an average age of22.7.CBCT was taken before orthodontic treatment, and the measurement items were as follows:(a)BApex(mm),(b)BMid(mm),(c)BCEJ-4(mm),(d)HB(mm),(e)A’-Sn(mm),(f)U1-Ls(mm),(g)L1-Li(mm),(h)B-Si(mm),(i)Po-Pos(mm).All the data in this study were imported into Invivo Dental 5.0 by CBCT software, and were independently measured by the researcher three times every other day, then the average value was taken.SPSS 18.0 software was used for statistical analysis.(1)Compare the morphological difference of labial bone plates in the incisors between the experimental group and the control group;(2)Compare the morphological differences of the labial soft and hard tissues in the incisors among groups A,B,and C.The test level wasɑ=0.05.Results(1)There were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the morphology of labial incisors,BApex,BCEJ-4 of maxillary central incisors,BMid of maxillary lateral incisors,BApex of mandibular incisors,HB of maxillary and mandibular incisors(P < 0.05).HB in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the rest in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05);(2)In group A,B and C,there were statistically significant differences in bone plates and soft tissues morphology of labial incisors,BApex and BCEJ-4 of maxillary central incisors,BApex,BCEJ-4 and BMid of maxillary lateral incisors,BApex of mandibular central incisors,HB of maxillary and mandibular incisors, and Po-Pos(P < 0.05).Among them,Po-Pos in group A was less than that in group B and C,and the rest in group A was less than that in group B and C,and that in group B was less than that in group C(P < 0.05).Conclusions(1)Compared skeletal Class II division 1 adult female patients with skeletal Class Ⅰ,Angle Class II division 1 adult female patients: labial alveolar bone thickness and height are smaller;(2)In skeletal Class II Division 1 adult female patients, the labial bone plates and soft tissues morphology of different vertical facial types were different. The high angle group had the thinnest bone thickness, the lowest attachment height and the highest alveolar bone height;the low angle group had the thickest bone thickness, the highest attachment height and the lowest alveolar bone height;the mean angle group was in the middle. The thickness of the soft tissue of the gnathion morphology was different, and the mean angle group and the low angle group were larger than the high angle group. Therefore, before orthodontic treatment, careful evaluation should be carried out,and the scheme design should be careful, and comprehensive formulation should be made based on the shape of bone plates, soft tissues of lip and chin. |
