| Objective To observe the effects of Mongolian Medicine Danggong-3 capsule on blood lipid and platelet activating factor,pain degree of angina pectoris and the amount of nitroglycerin.To analyze the mechanism of Danggong-3 capsule.To explore its effectiveness and safety.Methods This is a randomized,double-blind and placebo-controlled study,which collected 116 Outpatients with Stable Angina Pectoris in Department of Heart Disease and Geriatrics of Chinese Medicine Hospital in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Patients were divided into 59 cases in treatment group and 57 cases in control group by computer randomization.Took the Mongolian Medicine Danggong-3 capsule or placebo on the basis of conventional western medicine for 8 weeks,4 capsules each time and three times everyday.To observe the changes of blood lipid TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and platelet activating factor CD62 p,CD63,PAC-1,angina pectoris pain scores and nitroglycerin usage before and after treatment.To evaluate the safety(WBC,RBC,PLT,ALT,AST,Cr,BUN)and overall clinical efficacy of the treatment.AT the last time,inputted data into the SPSS26.0 software for statistical analysis.Results 1.The changes of blood lipids and platelet activating factor levels: The levels of the HDL-C of the two groups were higher than before after treating for 8 weeks,the difference was evidently significant(P<0.05).The levels of blood lipid TC,TG,LDL-C and platelet CD62 p,CD63,PAC-1 were lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of Blood Lipid and Platelet indexes in the treatment group was evidently higher than the control group,the difference was evidently significant(P<0.05).2.Symptoms of angina: After the treatment of 8 weeks,the total effectiveness rate in the treatment group was 86.4% and in the control group was 70.2%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the pain degree of angina pectoris was lower than before,and the amount of nitroglycerin was lower than before(P<0.05),the change degree of the treatment group was more significant than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Safety indicators: No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups after the treatment.There was no significant difference in blood routine,liver function and kidney function(WBC,RBC,PLT,ALT,AST,Cr,BUN)(P>0.05).Conclusion The Mongolian Medicine Danggong-3 capsule has remarkable curative effect on Stable Angina Pectoris and the effect is better than western medicine alone.The Mongolian Medicine Danggong-3 capsule can significantly regulate the metabolism of blood lipid,reduce the levels of platelet activation factor,reduce pain degree of angina pectoris and the usage of nitroglycerin,improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment.At the same time,the safety is good.Its clinical mechanism may be associated with regulating the levels of blood lipids and platelet activating factors. |
