Study On Epidemic Prevention And Control In Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region

In the new era of 2019,the principal contradiction facing society has changed from "the people’s ever-growing material and cultural needs" at the beginning of reform and opening-up to "the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life".At pre-sent,people’s better life needs not only contain higher requirements for material and cultural life,but also contain more needs for health,safety,environment and other as pects.In view of the changes in the principal contradiction in society,General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed the need to "give priority to the protection of people’s he-alth in the strategic position of development." Since the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC),it has always attached great importance to the development of health care and the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases,both in the period of the new democratic revolution and socialist construction and reform,which deeply reflects the mission of "building the Party for the public and ruling for the people".Review of the history of the disease prevention and control of the communist party of China in one hundred,it is not hard to find,the shensi-kansu-ningsia border region during the Anti-Japanese War,despite the low level of medical treatment,medical condition is poor,but a positive response,the initiative of the communist party of China,not only for the effective strategy of disease prevention and control,and explore establishing a working mechanism with modern meaning of the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,fully display the wisdom of public health management.What effective measures has the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Government taken in the process of coping with the epidemic?
