| Purpose:By observing the clinical effect of the classic prescription of Modified Decoction of Chaihu,Gui and Ginger in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with heat and cold disorder,this topic provides an idea and an effective prescription for TCM clinical treatment of CNAG,and at the same time provides some reference for further play of the characteristics and advantages of TCM in the prevention and treatment of CNAG.Methods: A total of 70 patients who were diagnosed as CNAG,HP(-)by gastroscopy and whose TCM syndrome was mixed with cold and heat were screened from November 2019 to October 2020 in the Spleen and Gastric Department of East Branch of Shijiazhuang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Parallel control and random single-blind design method was adopted.The treatment group and the control group were equally divided into 2 groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with esomeprazole enteric-coated capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Modified Decoction of Chaihu,Gui and Ginger plus esomeprazole enteric-coated capsule.Both groups took 4weeks as a course of treatment,and were observed for 2 courses.After 2courses of treatment,SPSS23.0 medical statistical software was used to conduct statistical analysis on the data of changes in general condition,curative effect of TCM syndromes,clinical comprehensive curative effect and adverse reactions before and after treatment in both groups.Results: A comparison was made between the treatment group with Modified Decoction of Chaihu,Gui and Ginger plus esomeprazole enteric-coated capsule and the control group with esomeprazole enteric-coated capsule alone.A total of 34 patients in the two groups were included in the treatment group and 33 patients in the control group,respectively.(1)There were no statistical differences in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)There were no significant differences in endoscopic and pathological grading between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).(3)There was no statistical difference in the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups after4 and 8 weeks of treatment(P > 0.05),and there was significant difference at 8 weeks(P<0.01).(4)TCM Symptoms Total Score:The total symptom score of TCM in the treatment group was significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01),there was a significant difference before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.01),there was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).(5)Single item score of TCM symptoms: The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in symptoms of the treatment group except dry stools or loose stools(P>0.05),and there were significant differences in other TCM clinical symptoms(P<0.01).In the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in the three TCM clinical symptoms((1)dry mouth or bitter mouth,(2)mental fatigue and lazy speech,languor and fatigue,(3)dry stool or loose stool)(P>0.05);(1)The epigastric pain,epigastric bulge,(2)hunger and no desire to eat,abdominal distension after eating(3)the epigastric cold,noisy acid reflux three clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were significantly different(P<0.01);(1)Loss of appetite(2)belching showed statistically significant differences between the two TCM clinical symptoms(P<0.05).(6)Endoscopic and pathological grading after treatment between the two groups: the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better.(7)After 2 courses of treatment,the two groups were compared with each other,and the results showed that there was significant difference(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the two groups was 91.18% in the treatment group and 63.63% in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Modified Decoction of Chaihu,Gui and Ginger plus esomeprazole enteric-coated capsule has a good therapeutic effect in treating cold and heat mixed chronic non-atrophic gastritis.It can well cure gastric mucosal inflammation,relieve clinical symptoms,enhance the quality of life,and has strong safety.It should be widely used in clinical practice. |
