The Expression And Clinical Significance Of CYLD And IL-6 In Colorectal Cancer And Precancerous Lesions

Objective This experiment determined the positive expression of cylindromatosis(CYLD)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in different tissues of the colorectal,and analyzed their relationship and clinical pathological characteristics.Correlation.Methods The selected tissue specimens were divided into four groups by combining the pathological results,which were CRC group,HGIN group,LGIN group,and Normal group.Use immunohistochemical method(Immunohistochemical,HIC)to determine the expression levels of CYLD and IL-6 in tissues,use statistics to calculate the correlation between the above two factors and statistically analyze the relationship between CRC group and gender,age and other clinicopathological data Relationship between.Results 1.In the normal group,LGIN group,HGIN group,CRC group,CYLD expression rate was subjected to decrease with the increase in disease grading,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Among them,CYLD expression rates in CRC group were lower than that of the Hgin group,LGIN group and normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The HGIN group expression rate was lower than the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).2.In the normal group,in the LGIN group,Hgin group,CRC group,IL-6 expression rate followed by the rise in disease grading,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Among them,the CRC group IL-6expression rate was higher than the normal group and LGIN group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).LGIN group,Hgin group was higher than that of normal groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).3.CYLD,IL-6 expression of CRC group was associated with tumor infiltration depth,lymph node metastasis and clinical staging(P <0.01).4.CYLD is negatively correlated with IL-6 expression in the CRC group(R=-0.327,P = 0.011).Conclusions 1.The expression of CYLD is down-regulated in the course of colorectal lesions as the severity of the lesion increases.The expression of IL-6 is up-regulated with the increase of the severity of the colorectal lesions.2.There was a negative correlation between the expression of CYLD and IL-6 in the colorectal cancer group.3.In the colorectal cancer group,the low expression of CYLD and the high expression of IL-6 were closely associated with the depth of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.
