| Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease, and provide new ideas and basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:Sixty-four patients with this disease who met the inclusion criteria were screened, and a random number table was generated using biostatistics software(SPSS23.0).According to the random number table, the subjects were randomly divided into two groups, each with 32 patients.Subjects were instructed to take orally esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets,20 mg/time,once a day for 4 weeks. The treatment group was treated with electric acupuncture combined with abdominal acupuncture at the same time, and the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture.Acupoint selection in treatment group:main acupoint:cardia and pylorus body surface projection points.Matching points:Bilateral Tianshu,Bilateral Zusanli,Sanyinjiao.Control group:Selection of points:Zhongwan,Weixiang,Neiguan,Zusanli,Tanzhong,Tiantu[1].The two groups were carried out at the same time, the treatment frequency was 1 time/day,6consecutive injections constituted a cycle, and the rest was 1 day between the two cycles,a total of 4 cycles of treatment.Use non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire, gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire(Gerd Q),TCM symptom scale, and p H value of esophageal reflux to evaluate the index, before and after treatment, between groups and within groups Comparison of efficacy.Results:1.After treatment, both groups were effective in improving anti-acid,heartache and chest pain.Compared with the control group, the therapeutic group was more effective(p<0.05).2.After treatment, both groups were able to improve GERD score,Chinese medicine symptom score, reflow value p H,and the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05).3.After treatment, both groups of treatment were effective. And the total efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05).4.The recurrence rate of acid reflux, heartburn, and post-sternal pain in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusions:1.Electroacupuncture combined with abdominal acupuncture is effective in treating non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.2.The efficacy of electronegative needle in combination with abdominal needle in treating non-perishable gastroesoesopause reflow disease is better than that of traditional acupuncture therapy. |
