| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "Pull Aright" in the treatment of swallowing disorder in oral stage of pseudobulbar paralysis after cerebral apoplexy, and to improve the current clinical treatment. Methods:Sixty patients with oral dysphagia after stroke with pseudomedulla oblongata palsy meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group by random number table method, according to the order of the patient list, with 30 patients in each group. Both groups accepted different conventional treatment regimens. The treatment group was treated with retraction acupuncture on bilateral bucoche points and bilateral temples. The control group was treated with Fengchi,Yifeng,Lian Quan,Waijinjin,Waiyuye and Neiguan points. The treatment lasted 30 minutes per time, one time per day,6 consecutive days in one week,a total 4 treatment courses were included in the study. Before and after treatment, the scores of depression water test(WST)and standard swallowing function scale(SSA)were measured, and swallowing angiography(VF S S),oral function score, swallowing dysfunction evaluation criteria, and teacher salivation grading(TDS)were performed separately. All the data was processed and analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results:1.Compared with before treatment, the WST scores,SSA scores and the scores of swallowing dysfunction in the two groups were significantly decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.01),indicating that both treatments had significant effects on swallowing disorders in the oral stage of pseudomedulla palsy after stroke. The comparison between the two groups showed that the traction group was better than the ordinary acupuncture group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Compared with before treatment,VF S S scores, the oral function scores of the two groups,TDS scores in the two groups were significantly increased, with statistical significance(P<0.01),indicating that both treatments were effective. The comparison between the two groups showed that the traction group was better than the ordinary acupuncture group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Comparison of curative effects between the two groups:the effective rate of the retraction group was 96.67%,and the effective rate of the ordinary acupuncture group was 80%.According to the statistical test, the effective rate of the retraction group was significantly higher than that of the ordinary acupuncture group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both retraction acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can improve the swallowing function of patients with swallowing disorder in the oral stage of pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke;2.The effect of retraction acupuncture on improving swallowing function of patients with oral dysphagia of pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke is better than that of conventional acupuncture;... |
