| Objective:The objection of the research is to observe and compare the difference of clinical effect on treating Shaoyang headache between treatment mainly in acupuncture of shuanglinqi acupoint by the dragon-tiger contending method and conventional acupuncture,explore the effectiveness of this method in treating Shaoyang headache,and provide a new method for clinical treatment.Methods:Randomly dividing 60 patients meeting the inclusion criteria equally into treatment group and control group through random number table method.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture of toulinqi acupoint and zulinqi acupoint by the dragon-tiger contending method on the basis of the control group,and the control group used the conventional acupuncture method.40 minutes at a time,once a day,6 consecutive days a week and 1 day off,4 weeks of treatment.Record the VAS,MSQ and headache symptom score before and after treatment,compare and evaluate the clinical effect.Results:1.After treatment,VAS scores and headache symptom scores in both group were decreased(P<0.0 1),MS Q scores were all increased(P<0.01),all the comparisons had extraordinarily significant statistical significance.The results showed that both methods could relieve the clinical symptoms and boost life quality of patients suffered from Shaoyang headache in varying degrees.2.After treatment,the score of VAS in the treatment group was more decreased than the control group(P<0.01),the functional limited area of MSQ score was higher than the control group(P<0.0 1),all had extraordinarily significant statistical significance.The score of the headache symptom in the treatment group was more decreased than the control group(P<0.05),domain of dysfunction and field of affective disorders MSQ score were higher than the control group(P<0.05),both of them had significant statistical significance.The results showed that the treatment group was obviously more superior than control group in relieving the clinical symptoms and boosting life quality of patients.3.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and it was 83.3 3%in control group.Through the rank sum test and analysis,the total effective rate had significant statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05),which indicated that the clinical curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Both the treatment mainly in acupuncture of shuanglinqi acupoint by the dragon-tiger contending method and the conventional acupuncture can relieve the clinical symptoms and boost life quality of patients developed Shaoyang headache in different degrees.2.The treatment mainly in acupuncture of shuanglinqi acupoint by the dragon-tiger contending method is better than the conventional acupuncture in relieving the clinical symptoms and boosting life quality of patients in Shaoyang headache.3.The clinical effect of treatment mainly in acupuncture of shuanglinqi acupoint by the dragon-tiger contending method on Shaoyang headache is better than conventional acupuncture. |
