Clinical Research On Different Dosage Forms Of Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ In The Treatment Of PACG Optic Atrophy With Liver Depression

Objective: To observe the efficacy and superiority of tongqiaomingmu Ⅳ granule and Decoction in the treatment of primary angle closure glaucoma(PACG)with optic atrophy of liver depression,so as to provide the basis for the selection of superior dosage form for the treatment of PACG with optic nerve injury.Methods: From September 2020 to December 2020,44 patients were observed.They were between 20 and 75 years old,male and female,and met the inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into treatment group(Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ formula granule group)and control group(Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ Decoction group).The changes of constitution,vision,visual field and retinal nerve fiber layer were observed before and after treatment,and the differences between the two groups were evaluated.Result:1.The effective rate of Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ formula granule group and Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ Decoction group were 72.7% and 74.8% respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.74 > 0.05).2.The vision of Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ formula granule group and Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ Decoction group were significantly improved after treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P= 033 > 0.05).3.The MD of Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ formula granule group and Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ Decoction group were improved after treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.97 > 0.05).4.The RNFL of Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ formula granule group and Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ Decoction group were improved after treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.16 > 0.05).5.Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ formula granule group and Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ Decoction group both improved the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group improved the symptoms of liverl depression,dry and bitter mouth(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ formula granules and Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ decoction have good clinical effect on PACG optic atrophy,the difference is not significant,can improve the patient’s physique,can effectively improve the patient’s vision,reduce visual field defect and increase the thickness of optic nerve fiber layer,play a role in protecting the optic nerve.2.Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ formula granule has a significant effect in the treatment of PACG optic atrophy.It can be used as a new dosage form of Tongqiao Mingmu Ⅳ in clinic,and has a broad application prospect.
