Objective: Treatment of children with Yin deficiency wind type tic disorder should be carried out by using self simulated tropyin xifengdecoction,observation and comparison of the conditions before and after treatment between the two groups of children,testing and verifying that self simulated tropyin xifengdecoction is effective for the treatment of this malady,and can be used in the clinical.Methods: A total of 60 children aged 4-14 years who met the diagnostic criteria of Yin deficiency wind-motion tic disorder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Give treatment group with oral from extinguish wind quasi ziyin decoction,the control group oral nine flavour extinguish wind particles,two groups of treatment as a course of 14 days.After four courses of treatment,compared two groups of children with symptoms before and after treatment,patients were observed before and after treatment symptoms and signs improved condition,record the related data,and through the experimental data SPSS26.0 for statistical analysis.Results: 1.After the children in the two groups were treated,the response rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was 83.33% higher than that of the control group,and an anecdotal sum test was taken on the treatment effect of the two groups,the result z =-2.048,P = 0.041(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant.2.Children in both therapy groups were significantly lower in the total points and in the single primary and secondary syndrome points before therapy compared with after treatment,with P values less than 0.05 considered statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Ziyin Xifeng decoction can effectively treat tic disorder of yin deficiency wind syndrome,and the total effective rate is better than that of the control group;2.Ziyin Xifeng decoction was better than the control group in improving the TCM syndromes such as thin and weak body,five heart trouble and heat,two zygomatic flush,dry stool,dizziness and tinnitus;3.The recurrence rate of Ziyin Xifeng Decoction in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group;...
