Clinical Observation Of Yangshen Yu Tang Decoction In Treatment Of DKDⅢ Patients With Qi-yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:Through the clinical observation of Yangshen Yutang Decoction in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅲ with qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis type,the clinical efficacy of the therapy was then evaluated.Methods:In this study,60 cases patients of diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅲ with qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis type were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(30 cases in each group).The control group was given routine treatment plus Shenyan Kangfu tablets,and the treatment group was given routine treatment combined with Yangshen Yutang decoction,with a course of 8 weeks.Observe before and after treatment,the changes of urinary microalbuminria,24-hour urine protein quantitation,glycosylated hemoglobin Alc and the improvement of TCM syndrome score were judged;the changes of safety indexes such as liver function and kidney function were observed,and the data were statistically analyzed to explore the curative effect of the prescription.Results:1.The scores of TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms were decreased in different degrees after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).2.In terms of overall effective rate,the treatment group was 80.00%,and the control group was 58.60%,which showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The quantitative analysis of urinary microalbumin,24-hour urine protein quantitation in the two groups improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.The glycosylated hemoglobin Alc of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Yangshen Yutang decoction can significantly improve the TCM clinical symptoms of diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅲ with qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis type.2.Yangshen Yutang decoction can effectively reduce the urinary microalbumin and 24-hour urinary protein quantitation index of patients with diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅲ of qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis type,and improve the comprehensive clinical efficacy.3.Yangshen Yutang decoction for diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅲ with qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis type better than the application of nephritis rehabilitation tablets,with good curative effect.
