Objective:By combining modern medicine with traditional medicine, the distribution and comparison of brain function activation areas of Taichong combined with Taixi acupoint and Taichong single acupoint during acupuncture were observed by bold-fMRI technique; To study the correlation between the specificities of the distribution of brain functional activation areas and the clinical characteristics of Taixi acupoint in Taichong compatibility; The changes of local consistency(ReHo)of brain function activation area in the Taixi group were further compared before and after acupuncture, and during and before acupuncture,so as to study the central mechanism of the combination of Taixi and Taichong from the resting state and task.Methods:Firstly,18 healthy right-handed males studying in Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were selected according to the inclusion criteria.Eighteen subjects were divided into two tests with an interval of 7 days by acupuncture of Taichong combined with Taixi and Taichong.Philips 3.0T dual source dual gradient magnetic resonance scanner was used in the test equipment. In the first experiment, according to the block design method, the subjects were acupuncture the right side of Taichong and Taixi acupoint, and the brain BOLD-fMRI signal data of resting state before acupuncture, task state during acupuncture, and resting state after acupuncture were collected. In the second experiment, subjects were acupuncture at the right Taichong acupoint in the same way as in the first experiment, and Bold-fMRI signals were obtained. The most advanced software such as SPM12,DPASFA and XJVIEW were used for post-processing and statistical analysis of the experimental data. Finally, the corresponding voxel values and differences of the brain function activation regions in task state of acupuncture at Taixi and Taichong acupoints were obtained; The differences of ReHo value in the brain region before, after and after acupuncture of Taichong and Taixi were obtained.Results:1.Acupuncture at Taichong and Taixi acupoints activated brain functional areas:positive activation included right inferior temporal gyrus(BA21),right intraorbital superior frontal gyrus, right superior temporal gyrus, right middle frontal gyrus(BA10),right orbital middle frontal gyrus(BA44),right superior marginal gyrus, right triangle inferior frontal gyrus, and right posterior cerebellar lobe;Negative activation included left hippocampus, left middle temporal gyrus, right middle occipital gyrus, and left dorsalateral superior frontal gyrus.2.Acupuncture at Taichong acupoint activated brain functional areas:positive activation included right hippocampus(BA28),left insula, right superior marginal gyrus, left superior temporal gyrus(BA40),and right posterior lobe of cerebellum;Negative activation includes the left middle occipital gyrus.3.Acupuncture at Taichong and Taixi acupoints compared with that at Taichong:positive activation included the right posterior lobe of the cerebellum, the right cerebellar lumbrica, the right orbital superior frontal gyrus, the left posterior cingulate gyrus, the right superior temporal gyrus, the right medial and the paracingulate gyrus(BA24),but no obvious negative activation brain regions.4.Changes of ReHo value in resting state comparison before and after acupuncture at Taichong and Taixi points:the brain regions where ReHo value increased were the right posterior lobe of cerebellum, the left superior temporal polar gyrus, the left intraorbital superior frontal gyrus(BA11),the left triangle inferior frontal gyrus(BA45),the right orbital middle frontal gyrus, the right angular gyrus and the left middle frontal gyrus.ReHo value decreased in the left anterior lobe of the cerebellum, the left central sulcus lid,the right middle occipital gyrus, the right middle temporal gyrus, the right posterior central gyrus and the left complementary motor area.5.Changes of ReHo value between the pre-resting state and the acupuncture state at Taichong and Taixi acupoints:the brain regions where ReHo value increased were left posterior lobe of cerebellum, left parhippocampal gyrus(BA35),right insula(BA47)and left inferior frontal gyrus of triangle(BA10).ReHo value decreased in the fusiform gyrus, left middle occipital gyrus(BA18),right lingual gyrus, right suprapoccipital gyrus, and right posterior central gyrus.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture of Taichong and Taixi acupoints can activate multiple brain functional areas such as the right frontal lobe, the right temporal lobe, the left hippocampus, and the right cerebellum, which proves that related diseases can be treated through the synergetic effect of multiple brain functional areas.2.By comparing the acupuncture of the acupoint of Taichong and Taixi groups with the single acupoint of Taichong, the brain activation areas have the same and different, some of the same areas of the brain activation areas are enhanced, suggesting that the acupoint of the acupoint of Taichong is different and specific, and the brain activation areas of the acupoint of the group are more extensive than that of the single acupoint.3.The comparison of resting state, acupuncture state and resting state before and after acupuncture at Taichong and Taixi points proves that acupuncture can activate the functional areas of the brain, suggesting that acupuncture has immediate effect, and acupuncture still has acupuncture effect after acupuncture is pulled out, suggesting that acupuncture has post-effect.
