Clinical Observation Of Buqihuoxueqinghua Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney And Phlegm And Turbid Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Buqi Huoxue Huahua Decoction on diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of spleen and kidney qi and phlegm and blood stasis.Methods: Eighty selected patients were divided into 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the treatment group according to the order of treatment.Both groups were given low-salt and low-fat diabetes diet and exercise therapy to control blood sugar,blood lipid,blood pressure and other basic treatments.The control group was given oral Irbesartan tablets150 mg / day,and the treatment group was given Buqihuoxuehuahuafang combined with Irbesartan tablets(150 mg / day).Both groups of patients were given medication continuously for 12 weeks.Observe the changes in the total efficacy,TCM symptom score,24-hour urine protein quantification,albumin,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipids,glomerular filtration rate,liver function,blood cell analysis and other indicators before and after treatment,and make statistics Analysis.Result:1.Comparison of total effective rate: the total clinical effective rate of patients in the treatment group after treatment is 84.21%,and the total clinical effective rate of patients in the control group is 48.65%;2.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of patients in the treatment group and the control group were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant,and the TCM symptom scores of the treatment group after treatment were lower than the control group(P <0.01);3.Comparison of laboratory indicators: After treatment,the 24-hour urine protein,fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,and triglycerides of the treatment group and the control group were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant;After treatment,the 24-hour urine protein and triglycerides in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant;After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in the treatment group were not statistically different from the control group(P > 0.05);After treatment,the albumin level of the treatment group and the control group was higher than before treatment(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant,and the albumin level of the treatment group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant;After treatment,the level of glomerular filtration rate in the treatment group increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the level of glomerular filtration rate in the control group after treatment decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant;4.Safety index: The safety indexes(general vital signs,ALT,AST,GGT,blood routine,electrocardiogram,etc.)of the two groups before and after medication were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),and no adverse reactions occurred during medication.Conclusion:1.Buqihuoxuehuahuafang can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stage IV diabetic nephropathy(spleen and kidney qi deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis type),and reduce the score of TCM syndromes.2.Buqihuoxuehuahuafang can reduce 24-hour urinary albumin quantification,blood lipid and blood glucose in patients with stage IV diabetic nephropathy(spleen and kidney qi deficiency,phlegm,turbid blood stasis type),increase albumin levels,delay the progress of renal function,and no Adverse reactions occur.
