Clinical Observation Of Gualou Niulang Decoction In Promoting The Recovery Of Benign Breast Nodules After Microwave Ablation

Objective:The clinical efficacy of Gualou Niulang Decoction was evaluated by observing the reduction of the ablation area and the improvement of systemic symptoms after microwave ablation of benign breast nodules by Gualou Niulang Decoction.To explore the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of benign breast nodules after microwave ablation.Method:The cases were from patients with benign breast nodules undergoing microwave ablation from May 2020 to December 2020 in the Second Surgery Ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The 30 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided by the random number method of Excel software.There are two groups with 15 cases in each group.Both groups received basic postoperative treatment: postoperative local compression bandaging,and routine local application of ice packs after microwave ablation for 6 hours to cool down.Postoperative fluid replacement,hemostasis,and pain relief treatment.The control group received only basic postoperative treatment.The treatment group took the traditional Chinese medicine decoction Gualou Niulangtang plus or minus on the basis of the basic postoperative treatment.Observe the general information of the two groups of patients,the volume of nodules in the ablation zone and the volume reduction rate at 1 month and 3 months after surgery,and the improvement of postoperative systemic symptoms at 1 month and 3 months after surgery..Results:1.Comparison of general data between the two groups of patients in terms of age(years),duration of illness(months),hospitalization days,length of operation(minutes),menstrual period,menstrual cycle,number of miscarriages,number of births,breastfeeding history,family history of breast cancer,etc.,the differences were all No statistical significance(p>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in ablation zone volume between the two groups of patients on the first day after surgery(p>0.05).The ablation zone volume of the experimental group was significantly smaller than that of the control group at 1 month and 3 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).3.The systemic symptoms of the two groups were not statistically significant at 1 day after surgery(p>0.05).After 1 month and 3 months after the operation,the main symptoms of the experimental group were breast tenderness and pain,and the secondary symptoms were good depression and irritability,insomnia and dreaminess,menstrual abnormalities,mouth pain,pain and overall symptoms were significantly improved compared with the control group.The differences were statistically significant(p<0.01).4.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference in volume reduction rate and TCM symptom scores was statistically significant(p<0.01).Conclusion:Patients taking Gualou Niulang Decoction to promote the absorption of benign breast nodules after microwave ablation.Gualou Niulang Decoction can alleviate the systemic symptoms of benign breast nodules after microwave ablation.
