Analysis Of Professor Liu Li’s Experience In The Treatment Of MS Complicated With Early Renal Damage Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective:To explore the medication rule of Professor Liu Li in the treatment of MS complicated with early renal damage through Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5),and summarize its clinical experience,in order to provide useful ideas for the treatment of this disease.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on the cases of MS complicated with early renal damage treated by Professor Liu Li from November 2016 to November 2019.a total of 225 cases met the inclusion criteria and were processed,statistically and analyzed by using the functions of "statistical report","data analysis" and cluster analysis in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5).Results:In this study,225 patients met the inclusion criteria,with a total of240 prescriptions.The res ults are as follows:1.In this study,there were more male patients than female patients,and the age of onset was between 40 and 65 years old.2.Professor Liu Li’s treatmen t of MS with early renal damage in volves 150 traditional Ch inese medicines,including fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Eucommia ulmoides,Gastrodia elata,Pinellia ternata,Poria,Achyranthes bidentata,Coptis chinensis,tangerine peel,Peran,Pueraria lobata and so on.3.Professor Liu Li’s treatment of MS with early renal damage ranked among the top three types of traditio nal Chinese medicine for to nifying deficiency,activating blood circulation and removing bl ood st as is,resol ving phl egm,reli eving cough and reli eving ast hma,followed by qi reg ulating medicine,astringent medicine and so on.4.Professor Liu Li’s treatment of MS complicated with early renal damage is characterized by mild medicine,warm medicine and sweet medicin e.The spleen meridian,liver meridian and kidney meridian are th e most common meridians of drugs.5.Through the analysis of medication mode,it is concluded that Professor Liu Li’s commonly used drug combinations in the treatment of MS with early renal damage have a total of 112 groups,in cluding 9 core drugs,all of which are the core drugs of Professor Liu Li in the treatment of MS with early renal damage.6.Based on entropy clustering of complex system and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method,14 pairs of potential core drug combinations are obtained.7.After further clustering,7 new prescriptions for the treatment of MS with early ren al damage were obtained.Conclusion:1.Professor Liu Li believes that the pathogenesis of MS complicated with early renal damage is characterized by deficiency and excess,deficiency of spleen and kidney,depression of qi,turbid phlegm and blood stasis.two 。2.Professor Liu Li’s treatment of MS complicated with early renal damage is mainly sweet,bitter,pungent,flat,liver,spleen,kidney meridian,commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma,regulating qi,commonly fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Eucommia ulmoides,Gastrodia elata,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Poria,Achyranthes bidentata,Coptis chinensis,tangerine peel,Peran,Pueraria and other drugs.3.Professor Liu Li treated this disease with Huanglian Wendan decoction to tonify spleen and kidney,regulate liver and regulate qi,dissolve phlegm and remove blood stasis as the treatment principle,giving consideration to both the specimen and the root,and using the medicine lightly and flexibly.
