Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of acupuncture at "Yao Tong point"with that of routine acupoints in the treatment of finger spasm after apoplexy, and further explore the optimal solution for the treatment of finger contracture after stroke.Method:Sixty patients with finger spasm after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group:acupoints of Yao Tong point(EX-UE6);control group:acupuncture points on Baxie(Extra),Hegu(LI4),both groups were treated with Pingbu Pingxie technique, all needles were kept for 50 minutes. Both groups were treated once a day,6 times a week,The effect was observed after 3 weeks.Changes in the degree of hand spasm before and after treatment in the two groups were evaluated by the modified Ashworth grading scale(MAS).The Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale(FMA)was used to evaluate the changes of finger motor function before and after treatment.During the clinical observation,1 patient in each group withdrew, and finally 29 patients in each group were analyzed.Result:1.The MAS scores:The MAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The MAS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).2.The Fugl-Meyer motor function scores:After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer motor function scores of the two groups were higher(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer motor function score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.The clinical efficacy:The effective rate of the treatment group was 51.7%(15/29),while the effective rate of the control group was 24.1%(7/29).The cured and markedly effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at the lumbar pain point and the conventional acupoint group has a good effect in relieving the state of finger contracture after stroke and restoring the movement function of the fingers.2.The effect of acupuncture at "Yao Tong point" on finger contracture after stroke is better than that of conventional acupoint group.
