Objective:To observe the clinical effectualness of scalp-abdominal acupuncture treatment on Yin deficiency of liver and kidney based perimenopausal insomnia,thus on give a new plan for clinical treatment.Methods:This analysis included 66 patients with perimenopausal insomnia(Yin deficiency of liver and kidney)who met the standards and were indiscriminately divided into 2 teams with 33 cases in every cluster.The control cluster was treated with conventional acupuncture,including Si shencong,Shenmen,Anmian,Yintang,Zhaohai,Shenmai;The treatment cluster was treated with scalp-abdominal acupuncture,including emotional area,abdominal area 1,Baihui,Zuo shencong,You shencong,Anmian.Taichong and Taixi were selected as the matching points.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),modified Kupperman index(KMI),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score scale,Hamilton Anxiety and Depression Scale(HAMA&HAMD)were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups,and spss20.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate of the scalp-abdominal acupuncture group(84.85%)was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group(77.42%),and there was a statistical difference(p<0.05);2.The scores of perimenopausal insomnia patients with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney were improved in both the scalp-abdominal acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group,and there was a statistical difference before and after treatment(p<0.05);3.After treatment,there were statistical differences in the integral of PSQI and modified Kupperman index between the two groups(p<0.05),and the scalp-abdominal acupuncture group had better efficacy than the conventional acupuncture group;The immeasurable TCM Syndrome Scale within the scalp-abdominal acupuncture cluster were higher than those within the conventional acupuncture cluster apart from the soreness of waist and knee and palpitation(p>0.05),and the variations between the two teams were statistically vital(p<0.05);4.The improvement of tension,depression and other adverse emotions within the scalp-abdominal acupuncture cluster was higher than that within the conventional acupuncture cluster,and the distinction was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both scalp-abdominal acupuncture and conventional acupuncture were effective in treating perimenopausal insomnia due to Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,but the combined therapy of scalp-abdominal acupuncture is more effective in improving insomnia;2.The combination of scalp and abdomen acupuncture is superior to the conventional acupuncture group in improving the symptoms of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney and improving the quality of life of perimenopausal women;3.The combination of scalp and abdominal acupuncture can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of perimenopausal women.
