Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Post-stroke Depression With Liver-qi Stagnation By Awn Needle Piercing Qimen To Zhangmen

Objective:To conduct a comparative analysis through the awn Needle piercing Qimen to Zhangmen acupuncture combined with milli-needle acupuncture and single conventional milli-needle acupuncture.It provides a new program for clinically improving the mood of patients with depression after stroke.Methods:The 60 PSD patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a treatment group(awn Needle piercing+milli-needle acupuncture)and a control group(single conventional milli-needle acupuncture)according to a random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Under the premise of receiving basic treatment of cerebrovascular disease,the two groups of patients were given filiform acupuncture.The selected points were Baihui,Yintang,Taichong,Shenmen,Neiguan,Tanzhong,Shimen,and Zhangmen,once a day,6 times a week,one day off per week,2 weeks as a course of treatment,two courses of treatment;the treatment group was treated with mango needles on the basis of the control group,selected acupoints for the period gate and chapter gate,and kept the needle for 30 minutes at 15 minutes Run the needle once to make the needle body stagnate again.Once a day,six times a week,one day off a week,two weeks as a course of treatment,two courses of treatment.Apply HAMD score,MESSS score,SDS score before and after treatment for comparative evaluation of curative effectResults:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.7%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 86.7%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMD score,MESSS score and SDS score after treatment in the two groups were significantly reduced compared with the scores before treatment in the same group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the HAMD score and MESSS score of the treatment group decreased more than that of the control group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Penetrating needles at Qimen and Zhangmen points are an effective therapy for post-stroke depression.Conclusions:1.Awn Needle piercing combined with milli-needle acupuncture and simple filiform needle acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of depression in patients with post-stroke depression(Liver-Qi stagnation).2.Awn Needle piercing Qimen to Zhangmen acupuncture combined with milli-needle acupuncture is more effective than simplemilli-needle acupuncture in treating depression caused by Liver-Qi stagnation.
