Clinical Observation Of Qiheng Gynecological Acupuncture Combined With Shugan Jieyu Capsule In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Depression

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and main symptoms of Qiheng gynecological acupuncture therapy combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule and simply ues the Shugan Jieyu capsule treatment of perimenopausal depression,and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Qiheng gynecological acupuncture therapy combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule,so as to provide new diagnosis and treatment methods and measures.Methods:64 patients with perimenopausal depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shugan Jieyu capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Qiheng gynecological acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of continuous treatment,the improvement degree of clinical symptoms was determined by calculating Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,Kupperman score and TCM syndrome score.After statistical calculation and analysis,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:1.HAMD scale score comparison:The scores of both groups decreased after treatment,and the intra-group comparison before and after treatment was P<0.05,indicating that both groups could effectively improve the symptoms of perimenopausal depression;After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of perimenopausal depression.2.Comparison of Kupperman scale:After treatment,the scores of the two groups decreased,and the intra group comparison of the two groups before and after treatment was P<0.05,indicating that the two groups can effectively improve the symptoms of perimenopausal women;After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving perimenopausal symptoms.3.In terms of improving TCM syndrome:Comparison between treatment group,with significant difference statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group in improving patients’ TCM syndrome is better than that in control group,and the treatment group in improving the patients’ mental symptoms such as depression,irritability,don’t think diet significantly better than that in control group,also embodies the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of perimenopausal depression.4.Comparison of clinical efficacy indexes of HAMD:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,of which 4 cases were cured(12.5%),16 cases were markedly effective(50%),10 cases were effective(31.25%),and 2 cases were ineffective(6.25%);The total effective rate of the control group was 87.5%,of which 1 case was cured(3.12%),10 cases were markedly effective(31.25%),17 cases were effective(53.13%),and 4 cases were ineffective(12.5%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.Comparison of therapeutic indexes of TCM Syndromes : The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%,of which 4 cases were cured(12.5%),17 cases were markedly effective(50%),8 cases were effective(31.25%),and 3 cases were ineffective(6.25%);The total effective rate of the control group was 81.25%,of which 1 case was cured(3.12%),7 cases were markedly effective(21.88%),18 cases were effective(56.25%),6 cases were ineffective(18.75%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.Qiheng gynecological acupuncture combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule and oral Shugan Jieyu capsule alone were effective in improving perimenopausal depression and perimenopausal syndrome.2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the score decline was more obvious,and its curative effect in improving TCM syndrome was more obvious.Qiheng gynecological acupuncture combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule had more advantages in the treatment of perimenopausal depression,and the curative effect was more significant.3.During the treatment,the patients had no obvious adverse reactions,indicating that Qiheng gynecological acupuncture combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule is safe and effective in the treatment of perimenopausal depression,without obvious toxic and side effects,which is suitable for clinical application.
