Objective:By using Meta analysis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of perimenopausal randomized controlled trial or semi-randomized controlled trial literatures were summarized up,to make an objective and effective assessment on its effectiveness, safety, for the clinical treatment of perimenopausal function to provide relatively reliable theoretical basis, play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,to better guide clinical and research work. Methods:A comprehensive search was made of the domestic literature databases(CNKI,VIP database,Wanfang database)and foreign literature databases(Pub Med,Cochrane Library,Embase)on the clinical research literatures on the treatment of perimenopausal functional blood with traditional Chinese medicine published from 2001 to now.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the literatures about randomized controlled trials(RCT)or semi-randomized controlled trials(q RCT)of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were screened out.The quality evaluation and bias assessment were carried out for the final included literatures.Literature data were extracted and Meta-analysis was performed on the input data using STATA16.0,and the results were represented by forest map.Result:A total of 614 literatures were retrieved in this study, and a total of 30 Chinese literatures were finally included into the study through layers of screening, with a total of 3028 patients; The results of meta-analysis of this study showed that the improvement of TCM in the clinical effective rate, hemostatic time, coagulation function(PT,APTT),TCM symptom efficacy,TCM symptom score, hemoglobin and other aspects of traditional Chinese medicine on perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients was more obvious than that of Western medicine, and the recurrence rate was low, with fewer adverse reactions.Compared with the western medicine control group, there was no statistical significance in the hemostatic effect and the improvement of hormone level. Conclusion:The results of Meta-analysis showed that traditional Chinese medicine was more effective than western medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and there were fewer adverse reactions.Because the quality of literature is generally not high, the research content may be biased, and the reliability of the results is affected. Its clinical efficacy and safety need to be reevaluated and confirmed by more RCTs with strict design, multi center and large sample size,so as to provide a persuasive evidence-based medicine theory basis for TCM treatment of this disease.
