Background:Dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) is a common gynopathic stubborn disease, There is no name of DUB recorded in ancient Medical science. On the basis of clinical appearance, anovulatory function bleeding can attach to the category of "Uterine Bleeding". Ovulation menstrual equivalently "menorrhagia,preceeded menorrher,intermenstrual bleeding,menostaxis, menstruationsine die"in Chinese medical science. By determination treatment based on pathogenesis obtained through differentiation symptoms and signs, TCM treated DUB by "hemoatasis"and "regulating menstruation" and the effect is patency, there have many discusses from ancient times, But until now, the pattern of syndrome,diagnose,and curative denom short of science normalization and standardization still now.Objective:By analisis the literature of DUB, we try to establish Literature information base and study the dominance of TCM in DUB,According to find a economic treatment plan for TCM and The combination of TCM with Western.Method:With literature study method,To collect,summarize,analysis,induction, then do meta-analysis to which match condition,master it's study current situation and provide evidence for clinical.Results:This study has META-analysis 42 chapters which correspond standard.the result display:treated by TCM,The effective power has statistic difference.so treat DUB by TCM is predominant.Conclusions:Through study literature, meta analysis, identify the dominance of TCM to treat DUB. provid science evidence to establish foundation for further clinical epidemiologic survey and even the the final establishment of TCM syndrome standard systermatic of DUB.
